In a world of societies in which individuals live, many have faced bad experiences, challenges, backlashes, and consequences from trials, people, situations, and places that tried to take them down.
Some individuals have buckled under the weight, while others braced themselves to survive, rise, and balance themselves and grow greater than before.
Moving forward in life after such bad challenges and situations takes strength, it takes maturity, a strong self-control mind, and a willing heart.
With an understanding that they are not a part of what tried to hurt them, and what they have been through does not control their life, because a good life can be accomplished after any bad experience, it is just for the individual to apply the application of healing to self.
And don't be swayed away from living a good life with full potential.
One cannot ignore the fact that bad things did happen, but keeping them cased in a vault in heart and memory does not bring any interest, it does not bring good benefits, it only brings hurt, the value of holding on to memories of bad experiences in life will only bring on pain and open old wounds to bleed.
Letting go and moving forward will help an individual to see with clarity, to see clearly, think wiser, move with vigilance, awareness, and focus.
Moving forward in life means that stepping stones can be gathered from all bad experiences to put individuals on higher ground, to live with purpose in a better and healthier mental state, and not hold onto what was tried to destroy.
A good living can be achieved for all, individuals just have to be aware, focus, be positive, love self, take care of self, maneuver in the right ways, and live a good life deserving of self.
