It’s an Awakening! The Fall of the Outer Church and the Rise of the Inner Church Connected to God's Consciousness

We are living in a time of profound awakening, not the shallow kind of “trend awakening,” but a deep, soul-level shift that’s rippling through humanity.

For centuries, many have looked outward for God: to institutions, religious authorities, elaborate rituals, and man-made doctrines.

These outer churches, once vibrant places of spiritual gathering, have, for many, drifted into a kind of limbo.

Attendance drops, scandals surface, trust erodes, and many seekers find themselves disillusioned, wondering:

Where is the living connection to the Divine?

But here’s the truth: it was never only out there.

The collapse of the outer church isn’t a collapse of God, it’s a collapse of the illusion that God was ever confined to brick, stone, mortar, glass, wood, or hierarchy.

What’s rising in its place is something far more powerful, intimate, and universal: the inner church, the awakening of God's Consciousness within you.

What Is the Inner Church?

The inner church is not bound by denominations, rules, or dogma.

It’s the space within you where the Divine speaks directly to your heart.

It’s your intuition, your soul’s knowing, your still, small voice that whispers truth when the world shouts confusion.

This rise of inner connection is why so many people today describe themselves as “spiritual but not religious.”

It’s not a rejection of God, it’s a return to living connection, where God's Consciousness is felt, known, and embodied in everyday life.

Why Is the Outer Church Falling?

Many outer religious systems have become fixated on control, fear, and separation, on telling people who’s worthy, who’s sinful, who’s in, and who’s out.

But God's Consciousness, at its core, knows no separation. It unites, heals, and reminds us that divinity lives within all beings.

This is why we see institutions struggle when they cling to rigid power structures while people hunger for authentic experience.

The old forms no longer hold the living fire. But the spark? It’s been quietly lighting up inside millions of hearts.

The Awakening Is Personal, and Collective

This shift is not about abandoning all outer practices or traditions; it’s about reclaiming your direct access to the sacred.

Meditation, prayer, mindfulness, acts of love and service, these are the doorways into God's Consciousness that don’t require a mediator or institution.

As more people awaken to their inner divinity, a new spiritual community emerges, one based on presence, authenticity, shared wisdom, and love.

It’s not centered around “right belief” but around lived experience of the sacred.

The Call to Awaken

If you feel disillusioned with the outer forms, take heart: this is an invitation, not an ending.

You are being called into your awakening, into the rise of your inner church, the temple of your own heart, where the light of God's Consciousness has always been waiting.

This is not a passive shift; it’s an active rising, it asks you to tune in, to peel back the layers of fear, guilt, and separation, and to stand in the truth that you are a vessel of the Divine.

So, welcome the fall of what no longer serves, welcome the rise of what is eternal within you.

Because this is an awakening, and you are part of it.

God is coming for his church the body of Christ, not buildings made of brick, stone, mortar, glass, and wood, as some people with ignorant minds may think.
