The life in front of you is far more important than the life behind you, as the substance of your reality is beneficial to your productivity

Life is a journey filled with ups and downs, successes and failures, joy and sorrow.

As we navigate through this rollercoaster of experiences, it is easy to get caught up in the past, dwelling on our mistakes and regrets.

However, it is crucial to remember that the life in front of us is far more important than the life behind us.

The future holds endless possibilities and opportunities for growth and development, whereas the past is already set in stone.

Every moment that passes by is a chance to create a better, more fulfilling life for ourselves. It is the substance of our present reality that has the power to shape our future.

Instead of constantly looking back and getting stuck in a cycle of self-pity and regret, we must focus our energy on the present moment.

The decisions we make now, the actions we take, and the goals we set for ourselves will determine the quality of our lives in the future.

Living in the past also hinders our productivity. When we are constantly dwelling on what has already happened, we are not fully present in the moment.

Our minds are stuck in a loop, replaying past events and preventing us from being productive and efficient in our daily lives.

On the other hand, when we focus on the present, we can give our undivided attention to the tasks at hand, leading to better results and a sense of accomplishment.

Moreover, the past is out of our control.

No matter how much we wish we could change certain things, the truth is, we cannot.

The only thing we can control is our present and how we choose to move forward.

By accepting this fact, we can let go of the weight of the past and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.

We can learn from our past mistakes and use them as lessons to improve our present and future.

It is also important to recognize that our past does not define us.

We are constantly evolving and growing as individuals, and our past does not determine who we are or who we will become.

We have the power to shape our own destiny and make the most out of the life in front of us. By focusing on the present, we can make positive changes and create a better future for ourselves.

In addition, living in the present also allows us to appreciate the little things in life. When we are too caught up in the past, we tend to overlook the beauty and blessings in our present.

We fail to see the opportunities that are right in front of us, and we miss out on the simple joys of life.

By being present, we can cultivate gratitude and find happiness in the little moments, making our lives more fulfilling and meaningful.

The life in front of us is far more important than the life behind us.

It is the foundation of our reality, and it holds the key to our productivity and success.

We must learn to let go of the past, live in the present, and embrace the endless possibilities that await us.

Every day is a new opportunity to create a better life for ourselves, and it is up to us to make the most of it. So, let go of the past, embrace the present, and create a future that you can be proud of.

Going forward is always relevant, being hindered by past elements that have no base for true productivity should be avoided at all costs.

Love is not material, Love is matter, a divine overflowing essence

Love is often defined as a strong feeling of affection or attachment towards someone or something.

However, this definition falls short of capturing the true essence of love.

Love is not a material possession that can be acquired or possessed, it is a matter of the heart, an overflowing divine essence that cannot be contained or controlled.

It is a force that transcends all boundaries and connects us to something greater than ourselves.

Love is not just a feeling, it is a state of being that encompasses our thoughts, actions, and emotions.

In a world that is becoming increasingly materialistic, the true meaning of love is often misunderstood.

People associate love with material possessions, grand gestures, and romantic relationships.

But true love goes beyond these superficial aspects.

It is a force that is selfless, unconditional, and all-encompassing.

Love is not limited to just romantic relationships, it is present in the bonds we share with our family, friends, and even strangers.

It is a feeling that knows no boundaries, race, religion, or gender.

Love is a universal language that is understood by all.

Love is not something that can be bought or sold.

It is not a commodity that can be exchanged for something else.

It is a matter of the heart, an overflowing divine essence that cannot be contained or controlled.

Love cannot be measured or quantified, it is infinite and boundless.

It is not something that can be forced or manipulated, it is a natural and effortless emotion that flows freely from within.

Love is a powerful force that can heal, comfort, and bring people together.

It has the power to transform lives and make the world a better place.

Love is not material, it is matter. It is the fabric that holds the universe together, the glue that binds us all.

It is the foundation of all human emotions and the driving force behind all our actions.

Moreover, love is not just a feeling, it is a choice.

It is a conscious decision to put others before ourselves, to show compassion, kindness, and empathy towards others.

Love requires sacrifice, understanding, and patience.

It is not always easy, but it is always worth it.

Love is not just about the good times, it is about being there for someone through the bad times as well.

It is about standing by someone's side through thick and thin, in sickness and in health.

Love is not a material possession that can be acquired or possessed.

It is a divine essence that flows from within, connecting us to something greater than ourselves.

It is a force that knows no boundaries and has the power to heal and transform lives.

Love is not just a feeling, it is a state of being that requires sacrifice, understanding, and patience.

It is the most powerful force in the world, and it is up to us to spread it and make the world a better place.

Love is not material, love is matter.

An individual may say that they want to help you, but they just want to help you to their bed

It is a common misconception that when someone claims they want to help you, they have your best interests at heart.

However, it is crucial to understand that not everyone who offers their assistance genuinely wants to help you.

Some individuals may have ulterior motives, and their idea of 'help' may not align with yours.

This is particularly true in intimate relationships, where one partner may use the guise of 'helping' to manipulate and control the other.

In other words, they may say they want to help you, but in reality, they only want to help you to their bed.

This type of behavior is not only detrimental to the relationship, but it is also damaging to the individual being taken advantage of.

One of the most significant red flags in a relationship is when one partner consistently offers assistance without being asked for it.

While it may seem like a kind gesture, it is important to question their intentions.

Are they genuinely concerned about your well-being, or are they trying to gain your trust and affection?

It is not uncommon for manipulative individuals to use the act of helping as a way to gain control over their partner.

By constantly offering their assistance, they create a sense of indebtedness and dependency, making it easier for them to manipulate and control their partner's actions and decisions.

Moreover, in some cases, individuals may use the excuse of helping as a way to gain access to their partner's personal space and time.

They may claim to want to help with household chores or errands, but their real intention is to spend more time with their partner, and eventually lead them to their bed.

This type of behavior can be seen as a form of love bombing, where the manipulator showers their partner with excessive attention and affection to gain their trust and eventually use it to their advantage.

In addition to using the act of helping as a manipulation tactic, individuals may also use it to fulfill their selfish desires.

They may offer their assistance, claiming that it is for your benefit, but in reality, they are only looking out for their own needs and wants.

This can be seen in situations where a partner offers to help their significant other with their career or personal goals.

While it may seem like they have your best interests at heart, their real intention may be to gain control over your decisions and steer them towards their desires.

It is essential to be wary of individuals who claim to want to help you, but in reality, only want to help you in their bed.

It is crucial to set boundaries and question their intentions when someone offers their assistance without being asked for it.

True help and support come from individuals who have your best interests at heart and do not have any hidden agendas.

If you feel like someone is using the guise of helping to manipulate and control you, it is important to address the issue and seek help from a trusted friend or professional.

Remember, a healthy relationship should be based on mutual trust, respect, and genuine care for each other, not manipulation and control.

Don't drown in your emotions

Emotions are a fundamental part of being human.

They allow us to experience the highs and lows of life, to connect with others, and to make sense of our surroundings.

However, when we become overwhelmed by our emotions, it can feel like we are drowning in a sea of feelings.

We may feel out of control, unable to cope, and completely consumed by our emotions.

This can lead to irrational decisions, strained relationships, and negative impacts on our mental and physical health.

Therefore, it is crucial to learn how to manage our emotions and not let them consume us.

The first step in not drowning in our emotions is to acknowledge and accept them.

Often, we try to push away or ignore our emotions, believing that they make us weak or vulnerable.

However, the truth is that denying our emotions only prolongs their hold over us.

Instead, we must allow ourselves to feel our emotions, even the uncomfortable ones.

By acknowledging and accepting them, we can begin to understand why we are feeling a certain way and address the root cause.

Next, it is essential to practice self-awareness.

This means being in tune with our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

When we are aware of our emotions, we can recognize when we are becoming overwhelmed and take steps to address them before they escalate.

It also allows us to identify triggers and patterns in our emotions, enabling us to develop coping strategies and prevent future emotional turmoil.

Another crucial aspect of managing emotions is learning how to regulate them.

This involves finding healthy ways to express and cope with our feelings.

It could be through journaling, talking to a trusted friend or therapist, engaging in physical activity, or practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or meditation.

These activities can help us release pent-up emotions, reduce stress, and bring a sense of calmness and balance back into our lives.

Furthermore, it is vital to remember that our emotions do not define us.

We are not our emotions; they are merely a temporary state.

When we become too attached to our emotions, we may start to believe that they are who we are.

This can lead to self-sabotaging behaviors and a negative self-image. Instead, we must remind ourselves that emotions are fluid and will eventually pass.

Lastly, it is essential to cultivate a positive mindset.

Our thoughts influence our emotions, and a negative mindset can make it challenging to manage our feelings effectively.

Therefore, it is crucial to practice self-talk and focus on the good things in our lives.

By shifting our perspective and finding the silver lining in challenging situations, we can reduce the intensity of our negative emotions and foster a more positive outlook.

It is essential to learn how to navigate our emotions and not let them consume us.

By acknowledging and accepting our feelings, practicing self-awareness, regulating our emotions, remembering that they do not define us, and cultivating a positive mindset, we can learn to swim through our emotions rather than drown in them.

It takes time, effort, and patience, but with practice, we can develop the skills to manage our emotions effectively and lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Living in a home without Genuine Love

Living in a home without genuine love can be a difficult and isolating experience.

It is a place where one may feel unappreciated, undervalued, and constantly seeking affection that is never truly reciprocated.

A home should be a sanctuary, a haven where one can find solace and comfort, but without love, it can quickly turn into a place of emotional turmoil.

In a home without genuine love, relationships between family members can become strained and distant.

This lack of love can manifest in various ways, such as constant arguments, emotional distance, and even neglect.

For children, growing up in such an environment can have long-lasting effects on their emotional well-being and can lead to issues with self-esteem and trust in future relationships.

In addition, living in a home without genuine love can also lead to a lack of empathy and compassion.

Without love, there is no understanding or consideration for others' feelings and needs.

This can result in a household where everyone is focused on their own needs and desires, leading to a lack of cooperation and support within the family.

Moreover, a home without genuine love can also lack a sense of security and stability.

Love provides a sense of belonging and acceptance, and without it, one can feel like an outsider even in their own home.

This can create a feeling of uncertainty and insecurity, making it difficult for individuals to form healthy relationships and trust others.

Furthermore, the absence of love in a home can also lead to negative coping mechanisms.

Without love and support, family members may turn to unhealthy habits such as alcohol or drug abuse to numb their emotions and fill the void they feel.

This can create a toxic and unstable environment, further damaging relationships and causing harm to oneself and others.

Living in a home without genuine love can also impact one's mental and physical health.

Love is a crucial aspect of our well-being, and without it, individuals may experience feelings of loneliness, depression, and anxiety.

These emotional struggles can also manifest physically, leading to a weakened immune system, high blood pressure, and other health problems.

Living in a home without genuine love can have detrimental effects on individuals and their relationships. It is a place where one may feel emotionally starved, constantly seeking affection and validation that is never truly fulfilled. Love is the foundation of a happy and healthy home, and without it, the walls of the house can crumble, leaving behind a broken and empty shell.

I'm not grieving for my tormentors

When I think back on my childhood, I realize that it was far from perfect.

I was bullied, teased, and tormented by my peers daily, abused, neglected, betrayed, taken advantage of and manipulated by family, those who above all things should have shown me Love and care.

I was made to feel small, insignificant, and unworthy.

The pain and scars from those experiences have stayed with me for years, but as I have grown older, I have come to a realization - I am not grieving for my tormentors.

At first, this may seem like a controversial statement.

After all, shouldn't I feel some sort of anger or resentment towards those who made my life a living hell?

Shouldn't I want to seek revenge or at least demand an apology?

But the truth is, I have moved on from that part of my life and I have no desire to dwell on it any longer.

You see, I have come to understand that those who tormented me were dealing with their issues and insecurities.

They were projecting their pain onto me because they didn't know how to deal with it themselves.

In a way, they were also victims of their circumstances.

But that doesn't excuse their actions. It doesn't make what they did to me any less hurtful or damaging.

However, holding onto anger and resentment towards them only harms me.

It keeps me stuck in the past and prevents me from moving forward and living a happy, fulfilling life.

I chose to focus on the positive aspects of my life instead - the friends and family who stood by me, the teachers who showed me kindness, and the experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today.

I refuse to let my tormentors have any power over me.

Furthermore, I have come to realize that holding onto anger and resentment toward my tormentors only perpetuates the cycle of negativity.

By forgiving them and letting go, I am breaking that cycle and choosing to spread love and kindness instead.

Of course, this is not to say that I condone their actions or that I have completely forgotten the pain they caused me.

But I have learned to let go of the negative emotions and focus on the present.

I have learned to be grateful for the lessons I have learned and the strength I have gained from those experiences.

In the end, I am not grieving for my tormentors.

I am choosing to move on and focus on the positive aspects of my life.

I am choosing to forgive and let go, not for their sake, but for my well-being.

And that, to me, is the ultimate form of healing and empowerment.

I've cleansed my heart of the filth that was once placed in it.

Genuinely and wholeheartedly, I forgive them, I released them and I send them Love, and that is enough for me.

As for me, i've also forgiven myself, and I'm at peace with myself because that's how and when the healing begins.

Your destiny is one thing and your purpose is another, your destiny is walking and your purpose is doing.

Many people use the terms 'destiny' and purpose' interchangeably, assuming that they refer to the same concept.

However, upon closer examination, it becomes clear that these two words hold distinctive meanings and play different roles in our lives.

Our destiny is often seen as something predetermined, a path that we are meant to follow, while our purpose is seen as something more personal and subjective.

In other words, our destiny is what we are destined to become, while our purpose is what we choose to do with our destiny.

Our destiny is often seen as something that is out of our control, something that is decided for us by a higher power or by fate.

It is the path that we are meant to walk on, the journey that we are meant to take.

This idea of destiny can be both comforting and daunting at the same time.

On one hand, it can give us a sense of direction and purpose, knowing that there is a plan for us.

On the other hand, it can also make us feel like we have no control over our lives and that our future is already set in stone.

However, our purpose is something that we have the power to shape and define.

It is our reason for being, our motivation, and our drive.

Our purpose is what gives us a sense of fulfillment and meaning in life.

It is not something that is predetermined for us, but rather something that we discover and create for ourselves.

Our purpose is not just about what we do, but also about how we do it. It is about the impact we make on the world and the legacy we leave behind.

In essence, our destiny is the path that we are meant to walk on, while our purpose is how we choose to walk on that path.

Our destiny may provide us with certain opportunities and challenges, but it is up to us to make the most of them and use them to fulfill our purpose.

Our purpose is what drives us to take action, to make a difference, and to leave our mark on the world.

It is important to understand the difference between destiny and purpose because it can have a significant impact on how we live our lives.

If we solely focus on our destiny, we may become passive and wait for things to happen to us, instead of actively pursuing our purpose.

On the other hand, if we only focus on our purpose, we may lose sight of the bigger picture and become consumed by our own desires and goals.

Our destiny and purpose are two distinct yet interconnected aspects of our lives.

Our destiny lays the foundation for our journey, while our purpose gives us the direction and motivation to walk that path.

It is important to embrace both our destiny and our purpose and to find a balance between the two.

By doing so, we can live a fulfilling and meaningful life, fulfilling our destiny while also fulfilling our purpose.

Remember, your destiny is one thing and your purpose is another – embrace them both and make the most of your journey.

You cannot get positive growth from negative people.

It is often said that the people we surround ourselves with have a significant impact on our lives.

Our relationships, whether they be with family, friends, or colleagues, can shape our thoughts, beliefs, and actions.

This is why it is crucial to carefully choose the individuals we choose to spend our time with.

However, what many people fail to realize is that the impact of negative people can be just as powerful, if not more, than that of positive people.

Negative people are those who always seem to have a pessimistic outlook on life.

They are constantly complaining, criticizing, and finding fault in everything and everyone.

They drain the energy out of those around them, leaving behind a trail of negativity and toxicity.

Being around these individuals can be emotionally and mentally exhausting, and it can have a detrimental effect on our personal growth and well-being.

The phrase, 'misery loves company,' holds in the case of negative people. They thrive on bringing others down to their level of negativity.

They often have a distorted view of the world and believe that everyone is out to get them.

As a result, they try to bring others down to their level by spreading their negativity and toxic energy.

This can be highly contagious, and if we are not careful, we can find ourselves being dragged down with them.

Furthermore, negative people tend to have a victim mentality.

They believe that everything that goes wrong in their lives is someone else's fault.

They refuse to take responsibility for their actions and are constantly playing the blame game.

This type of mentality can be toxic and prevent personal growth.

It hinders individuals from taking control of their lives and making positive changes. Instead of finding solutions, negative people focus on the problems, making it difficult to move forward.

Moreover, negative people are not open to new experiences or ideas.

They are stuck in their ways and refuse to see things from a different perspective.

This can be detrimental to personal growth as it closes off opportunities for learning and self-improvement.

Growth and progress come from being open-minded and willing to step outside of our comfort zones.

Negative people, however, tend to stick to what they know and are resistant to change.

On the other hand, positive people are a breath of fresh air.

They radiate positive energy and have a contagious optimism that can uplift and inspire those around them.

They are problem solvers, always looking for solutions rather than dwelling on the problem.

They are open-minded and willing to learn and grow.

Being around positive people can have a significant impact on our personal growth as they encourage and support us to become the best versions of ourselves.

The people we choose to surround ourselves with can either lift us or bring us down. It is essential to be mindful of the individuals we allow into our lives.

Negative people can hinder our personal growth and prevent us from reaching our full potential.

They drain our energy and bring us down with their pessimism and toxic mindset.

On the other hand, positive people can be a source of inspiration, motivation, and support.

They encourage us to be the best versions of ourselves and push us to grow and evolve.

It is crucial to remember that we cannot get positive growth from negative people.

Their toxic energy and pessimistic outlook on life can hinder our personal growth and prevent us from reaching our full potential.

It is essential to surround ourselves with positive, uplifting, and supportive individuals who encourage and inspire us to become the best versions of ourselves.

Let us choose our company wisely and strive to be a source of positivity and growth for those around us.

In many businesses, employees are pushed to multitask without additional payment.

In today's fast-paced and competitive business world, it is common for employees to be expected to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities at once.

This practice, known as multitasking, is often seen as a necessary skill to keep up with the demands of the job and stay ahead of the competition.

However, what is not often discussed is the toll that multitasking can take on employees, particularly when it is expected without any additional compensation.

In many businesses, employees are pushed to multitask without any extra pay.

This means that they are expected to perform multiple job duties simultaneously, often without any breaks or downtime.

This can include answering phone calls while typing up reports, attending meetings while responding to emails, or even working on different projects at once.

While on the surface, multitasking may seem like a necessary and efficient way to get things done, it can have detrimental effects on employee morale and productivity.

One of the main issues with expecting employees to multitask without additional pay is that it can lead to burnout.

Constantly switching between tasks and having to constantly be 'on' can be mentally and physically exhausting for employees.

This can lead to feelings of overwhelm, stress, and fatigue, ultimately resulting in a decrease in productivity and overall job satisfaction.

Studies have shown that multitasking can decrease productivity by up to 40%.

Furthermore, multitasking without additional pay can also lead to a lack of focus and attention to detail.

When employees are constantly jumping from one task to another, it can be difficult for them to give each task their full attention.

This can result in mistakes, missed deadlines, and a decrease in the quality of work being produced. In the long run, this can hurt the business as a whole, as well as employee motivation and morale.

Another issue with expecting employees to multitask without additional pay is that it can create a sense of unfairness and resentment among employees.

When employees are asked to take on extra responsibilities without any extra compensation, it can lead to feelings of being undervalued and underappreciated.

This can create a toxic work environment, where employees feel like they are being taken advantage of and their hard work is not being recognized or rewarded.

In some cases, businesses may argue that multitasking is simply part of the job and therefore, employees should not expect any extra compensation for it.

However, this ignores the fact that multitasking is a skill that not everyone possesses, and it takes time and effort to develop.

Additionally, expecting employees to multitask without any extra pay can create a culture of overworking and devalue the importance of

While multitasking may seem like a necessary and efficient way to get things done in the business world, it is important to recognize the negative impact it can have on employees when expected without additional compensation.

Businesses should consider the toll that multitasking can take on their employees and strive to find a balance that allows for efficiency and productivity without sacrificing the well-being and morale of their employees.

Prejudice in the hotel and tourism industry

Prejudice is a deeply rooted issue that has plagued the hotel and tourism industry for decades.

Despite efforts to promote diversity and inclusivity, discrimination and bias continue to rear their ugly heads in various aspects of this industry.

From hiring practices to customer service, prejudice has a profound impact on the experiences of both employees and guests in the hotel and tourism sectors.

One of the most significant forms of prejudice in the industry is racial discrimination.

Even though many hotels and tourist destinations boast about their diverse workforce, the reality is that people of color are often underrepresented in leadership positions and are paid less than their white counterparts.

This is evident in numerous studies that have found a significant wage gap between white and non-white employees in the hospitality sector.

Moreover, people of color are often subject to microaggressions, such as being overlooked for promotions or being assigned to less desirable tasks, which can lead to a toxic work environment.

Another form of prejudice that is prevalent in the hotel and tourism industry is discrimination based on intellect and the slowness of understanding.

Women, especially those in leadership positions, face a glass ceiling and are often paid less than men for the same job.

Individuals of different colors also face challenges in this industry, with many facing discrimination in hiring and promotions, as well as receiving less favorable treatment from both colleagues and guests.

Prejudice is not only present in the workplace but also in the way guests treat employees in hotels and tourist destinations.

People of color and people of different languages often report feeling unwelcome or even unsafe in certain hotels and destinations.

This can have a significant impact on their overall experience and may deter them from returning or recommending others to their place of employment.

Furthermore, there have been numerous incidents of discrimination against guests with disabilities, whether it be through inaccessible accommodations or discriminatory attitudes from staff.

The root cause of prejudice in the hotel and tourism industry can be traced back to a lack of diversity and inclusivity in leadership positions.

When decision-making is left to a homogenous group of individuals, it is no surprise that prejudices and biases are perpetuated.

Companies in this industry must prioritize diversity and inclusion initiatives, not only for the sake of employees but also for the success and growth of their businesses.

To combat prejudice, companies must implement comprehensive diversity and inclusion training for all employees, from top-level executives to front-line staff.

This training should not only focus on recognizing and addressing biases but also on creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

Additionally, companies must actively seek out and hire a diverse workforce, not only to improve their image but also to benefit from the unique perspectives and experiences that a diverse team brings.

Prejudice in the hotel and tourism industry is a complex and deeply rooted issue that requires a multifaceted approach to address.

Companies must prioritize diversity and inclusion initiatives, not only for the well-being of their employees but also for the success and growth of their business.

Only through a concerted effort to combat prejudice can we hope to create a truly inclusive and welcoming environment for all individuals in this industry.

With the political influences in the hotel industry, how can employees truly stand for their rights?

The hotel industry, like any other industry, is not immune to political influences.

The hotel industry is heavily influenced by political decisions and policies, both at a local, international, and personal level.

This can be seen in various aspects of the industry, from the taxation and regulatory system to labor laws and immigration policies.

The political climate of a country can greatly impact the operations and profitability of hotels, and ultimately, the well-being of its employees.

One of the main issues that arise from political influences in the hotel industry is the exploitation of hotel employees.

With the rise of globalization and the increasing competition in the hospitality sector, hotels are under pressure to cut costs and maximize profits.

This often leads to the exploitation of employees, who are seen as a disposable resource rather than valuable assets.

Political decisions that favor businesses over workers, such as deregulation and weaker labor laws, only exacerbate this issue.

Furthermore, political influences can also affect the working conditions of hotel employees.

In some countries, lax immigration policies allow for hiring foreign workers who may be willing to work for lower wages and longer hours.

This not only puts local workers at a disadvantage but also creates a divide in the workplace, leading to tensions and conflicts.

Moreover, political instability in a country can also impact the safety and security of hotel employees, making it difficult for them to carry out their duties without fear.

So, how can hotel employees truly stand for their rights in the face of these political influences?

The first step is to be informed and educated about their rights as workers.

This includes understanding labor laws, work hours, and wages, and being aware of any changes or updates made by the government.

Additionally, employees can join unions or other organizations that advocate for their rights and work towards creating a fair and just workplace.

Another important aspect is for employees to stand together and support each other.

This can be collective bargaining or organizing protests and strikes to demand better working conditions.

In some cases, employees may also need to seek legal assistance to fight against any injustices or discrimination in the workplace.

Moreover, hotel employees must have a strong and vocal voice in the political sphere.

They can do this by participating in elections and supporting political candidates who prioritize workers' rights and welfare.

By having a say in the political decisions that affect their industry, employees can work towards creating a more favorable environment for themselves and their colleagues.

Political influences in the hotel industry can have a significant impact on employees' rights and well-being.

For we see governments and politicians, knocking shoulders with employers in the hotel industry, in tight friendships which leads to a "conflict of interest".

A "conflict of interest" should not be standing, for it only stands against the employees.

Employees must be aware of their rights, stand together, and actively participate in the political process to create a fair and just work environment.

Only through collective efforts and advocacy can hotel employees truly stand for their rights and achieve better working conditions in the industry.

Many governments and politicians carry a portfolio of "shareholders" in the hotel industry of which they are reaping benefits, from some selected hotels that they are a part of.

That is a "conflict of interest" when employees have to voice their grievances in some matters, as the same governments and politicians, with organizations made to help the employees with employment grievances, are also on the employer's side, so how can justice be served for the people, the employees?

With some eulogies, their family, friends etc, are trying to make their wicked ones look like saints.

In life, we are often faced with the unfortunate reality of losing loved ones.

It is a painful and difficult experience that leaves us with a deep sense of grief and longing.

During this time, it is natural for family and friends to want to honor and remember the deceased in the best possible light.

However, in some cases, the grieving process can take a turn towards making the wicked ones look like saints.

Eulogies, which are speeches given at funerals or memorial services, are meant to pay tribute to the life and character of the deceased.

They are a beautiful way to celebrate the person and their impact on the world.

However, there are times when eulogies can be used to gloss over the flaws and wrongdoings of the deceased.

Family and friends may be tempted to sugarcoat the truth and present a perfect image of the person, even if it is far from the reality.

It is understandable that when we lose someone, we want to remember them fondly and hold onto the good memories.

But when we elevate the deceased to the status of a saint, we are not doing justice to their memory.

We are creating a false narrative that does not accurately reflect who they were as a person.

This can be harmful not only to the grieving process but also to the perception of the deceased by those who were not close to them.

In some cases, the desire to make someone look like a saint may come from a place of denial or guilt.

The family or friends may not want to acknowledge the wrongdoings of the deceased because it reflects poorly on them as well.

They may also feel guilty for not being able to prevent or stop the bad behavior of their loved one.

However, it is important to acknowledge and accept the flaws of the deceased, as it is a part of their story and who they were as a person.

Moreover, the practice of making wicked ones look like saints can also be damaging to the grieving process.

It can prevent family and friends from fully processing their emotions and coming to terms with the loss.

By not acknowledging the imperfections of the deceased, we are not allowing ourselves to grieve fully and heal from the pain.

It is essential to remember that every person, no matter how good or bad, has flaws and it is okay to acknowledge

While it is understandable that in the face of loss, we want to remember our loved ones in the best light, it is important to stay true to their memory.

We should not shy away from acknowledging their flaws and mistakes, as it is a part of who they were as a person.

Let us honor the memory of our loved ones by remembering them for who they truly were, with all their imperfections and complexities.

After all, it is these imperfections that make us human and their memory even more precious.

Does black lives matter? All lives matter!

The phrase 'Black Lives Matter' has become a rallying cry for many in recent years, as the issue of racial inequality and police brutality has come to the forefront of the national conversation.

However, there are those who argue that this phrase is divisive and that 'All Lives Matter' should be the focus instead.

But is this really the case? Does saying 'Black Lives Matter' mean that other lives don't matter?

To understand the significance of the phrase 'Black Lives Matter,' we must first acknowledge the history of systemic racism and oppression that Black people have faced in America.

From slavery to Jim Crow laws to mass incarceration, Black people have been systematically marginalized and discriminated against for centuries.

The effects of this systemic racism can still be seen today in the form of economic disparities, educational inequalities, and disproportionate rates of police brutality and mass incarceration in the Black community.

Saying 'Black Lives Matter' does not mean that other lives are not important, but rather it is a call to recognize the unique struggles and injustices faced by Black people.

It is a reminder that in a society where Black lives have historically been undervalued and dehumanized, we must affirm and uplift the value of Black life.

It is not about elevating one race above others, but rather acknowledging the need for equal treatment and opportunity for all.

Furthermore, saying 'All Lives Matter' overlooks the fact that not all lives are treated equally in our society.

When a house is on fire, we don't say 'All houses matter' - we focus on the one that is in danger.

Similarly, when Black lives are being disproportionately affected by issues such as police brutality, it is important to bring attention to this and work towards solutions that address these specific issues.

The phrase 'Black Lives Matter' is not about hating or devaluing other races.

It is about acknowledging and addressing the systemic oppression and racism that Black people have endured for far too long.

It is a call for justice and equality for a community that has been denied it for far too long.

It is essential to understand that saying 'Black Lives Matter' does not mean that other groups do not face discrimination and injustice as well.

It is not a competition of whose lives matter more, but rather a recognition of the unique struggles faced by each marginalized group.

By acknowledging and addressing the issues faced by Black people, we can work towards creating a society where all lives truly do matter.

The phrase 'Black Lives Matter' is not meant to divide, but rather to unite and bring attention to the injustices faced by the Black community.

It is a call for equality, justice, and the affirmation of the value of Black life.

By saying 'All Lives Matter,' we risk diminishing the importance of addressing the specific issues faced by Black people in our society.

It is only by recognizing and addressing these issues that we can truly say that all lives matter.

When the family cannot be trusted

Family is often seen as the most important support system in a person's life.

They are the ones who are supposed to be there for you through thick and thin, to offer love and guidance, and to stand by your side no matter what.

However, there are situations where this idealistic view of family is shattered, and the harsh reality of being unable to trust them sets in.

One of the most common reasons for a breakdown in trust within a family is due to betrayal.

This can take many forms, such as a family member stealing from you, lying to you, or even cheating on you.

These actions can be devastating, especially when they come from someone who is supposed to love and care for you unconditionally.

It can leave a deep sense of hurt and betrayal, making it difficult to trust that family member again.

Another reason for a lack of trust within a family can be due to toxic or dysfunctional relationships.

Sometimes, family dynamics can be unhealthy, with members constantly putting each other down, manipulating or controlling one another, or engaging in toxic behaviors such as substance abuse.

In these cases, it can be challenging to trust family members as their actions and words may not align with what they say or promise.

Unfortunately, for some, their family may not be a safe place at all.

This can be the case for individuals who have experienced physical, emotional, or sexual abuse at the hands of their family members.

In such situations, the very people who are supposed to protect and care for them are the ones causing them harm.

This can lead to a deep sense of mistrust and fear of family members, making it challenging to form healthy relationships in the future.

In some cases, family members may also choose to prioritize their own needs and desires over the well-being of their loved ones.

This can be seen in situations where a family member may choose to hide important information or keep secrets that could greatly affect the rest of the family.

This lack of transparency and selfishness can erode trust within the family and strain relationships.

Moreover, sometimes, family members may also struggle with their own issues, such as mental health problems or addiction.

This can make it difficult for them to be reliable or trustworthy, as their actions may be influenced by their personal struggles.

In these situations, it can be challenging to trust them, especially when they have let you down in the past.

While family is often seen as a pillar of support, there are times when they cannot be trusted.

Betrayal, toxic relationships, abuse, selfishness, and personal struggles can all contribute to a breakdown of trust within a family.

It is important to remember that while family is supposed to be there for us, they are also human and can make mistakes.

However, it is also crucial to set boundaries and prioritize our own well-being when faced with a lack of trust within the family.

In the midst of the storm God is working it out for me

Amid the storm, when the winds are howling and the rain is pouring down, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, scared, and alone.

The chaos and uncertainty of the storm can leave us feeling helpless and unsure of what the future holds.

However, in these moments, I have found solace in knowing that my loving sovereign God is working it out for me.

It may seem contradictory to think that amid a storm when everything around us seems to be falling apart, there is a higher power at work.

But that is the beauty of faith.

It allows us to see beyond what our physical eyes can perceive and trust in something greater than ourselves.

And for me, that something greater is my God.

In times of trouble, I turn to the Bible for guidance and comfort.

One verse that has always stood out to me is Isaiah 43:2 which says, 'When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.

When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.'

This verse reminds me that no matter what storms may come my way, God is with me, and He will protect me.

I have experienced this firsthand in my life.

There have been moments when I felt like I was in the middle of a raging storm, with no hope in sight.

But each time, God has shown up in miraculous ways.

He has provided for me when I had no idea where my next meal would come from.

He has comforted me when I felt like my world was falling apart.

And He has guided me through the darkness, showing me the way when I couldn't see it myself.

It's not always easy to see God working in the midst of the storm. Sometimes, it can feel like.

He is distant and doesn't care about our struggles. But that couldn't be further from the truth.

I believe that it is during these storms that God is working the hardest on our behalf.

He is using the storms to shape us, strengthen our faith, and prepare us for the blessings that He has in store for us.

I have learned to trust in God's plan, even when I can't see it or understand it.

I have learned to have faith that He is working things out for my good, even when it doesn't feel like it.

And I have learned to surrender my fears and worries to Him, knowing that He is in control and He will never leave me nor forsake me.

So the next time you find yourself amid a storm, remember that your loving sovereign God is working it out for you.

Trust in Him, have faith in His plan and know that He will see you through to the other side.

For amid the storm, there is a peace that surpasses all understanding, and it can only be found in the arms of our loving God.

People are becoming to reliant on technology

In today's modern society, technology has become an integral part of our daily lives.

From the moment we wake up, we are surrounded by screens, gadgets, and devices that keep us constantly connected to the digital world.

While technology has undoubtedly made our lives easier and more efficient, it has also sparked concerns about our growing dependence on it.

People are becoming increasingly reliant on technology, relying on it for everything from communication and entertainment to education and work.

However, this over-reliance on technology could have a detrimental effect on our physical, mental, and social well-being.

One of the primary concerns about our reliance on technology is its impact on our physical health.

With the rise of smartphones and other devices, people are spending more time sitting and staring at screens, leading to a sedentary lifestyle.

This can result in various health problems, such as obesity, eye strain, and poor posture.

Moreover, people are becoming too reliant on technology for even the simplest tasks, such as calculating, navigating, and remembering information.

This can lead to a decline in our cognitive abilities, as we are no longer using our brains to their full potential.

In addition to physical health, our mental health is also at risk due to our dependence on technology.

Social media, in particular, has been linked to increased levels of anxiety, depression, and FOMO (fear of missing out).

With the constant need to stay connected and updated, people are feeling more pressured to present a perfect image of themselves online, leading to a rise in mental health issues.

Furthermore, the instant gratification provided by technology has also led to a decrease in patience and attention span among individuals, affecting their ability to focus and concentrate.

Moreover, our reliance on technology is also impacting our social interactions and relationships.

With the rise of social media, people are spending more time interacting with others virtually rather than in person.

This has led to a decline in face-to-face communication skills and a lack of genuine connections with others.

Furthermore, the constant use of technology has made people less present at the moment, causing them to miss out on important moments and experiences in their lives.

Furthermore, our reliance on technology has also made us more vulnerable to cyber threats and online scams.

With the increasing use of online platforms for financial transactions, personal information, and communication, people are at a higher risk of identity theft, fraud, and cyberbullying.

This can have serious consequences, not only on individuals but also on society as a whole.

While technology has undoubtedly brought numerous benefits to our lives, our growing dependence on it is a cause for concern.

It is important to find a balance between utilizing technology for its advantages and not becoming too reliant on it.

We must also be mindful of the potential negative effects it can have on our physical, mental, and social well-being.

Instead of constantly seeking validation and connection through technology, we must make an effort to disconnect and engage in real-life experiences and interactions.

Only then can we truly harness the power of technology without it becoming a hindrance to our lives.

A bad day's filter can turn around and be your flourishing.

We've all had those days where everything seems to go wrong.

From waking up late to spilling coffee on your shirt, it seems like the universe is against you.

These days can leave us feeling frustrated, stressed, and defeated.

However, what if I told you that a bad day's filter can actually turn around and be your flourishing?

It may sound counterintuitive, but hear me out.

When we experience a bad day, our initial reaction is usually to dwell on the negativity and let it consume us.

We start to think about all the things that went wrong and how they have ruined our entire day.

But what if we shifted our perspective and looked at these challenges as opportunities for growth?

When we encounter obstacles and setbacks, we are forced to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.

This can lead to personal growth and development.

For example, let's say you spilled coffee on your shirt and had to change into a different outfit.

This could be an opportunity to wear something you've been wanting to but haven't had the chance to.

Or maybe you had to take a different route to work due to traffic, and you discovered a new shortcut that saves you time.

These may seem like small things, but they can have a significant impact on our day and overall well-being.

Additionally, a bad day's filter can also help us build resilience.

When we face challenges and overcome them, we become more equipped to handle future obstacles.

By reframing our negative experiences as opportunities for growth, we are strengthening our ability to bounce back from setbacks.

This resilience can also translate into other areas of our lives, such as relationships and work.

Moreover, a bad day's filter can also lead to a shift in perspective.

When we are constantly focusing on the negative, we tend to overlook the positive aspects of our day.

By intentionally looking for the silver lining in a bad situation, we train our minds to see the good in everything.

This can lead to a more positive outlook on life, which has been linked to improved mental and physical health.

Of course, it's not easy to change our mindset when we are in the midst of a bad day.

It takes practice and patience, but by consciously choosing to see the potential for growth and positivity in every situation, we can turn a bad day into a flourishing one.

So the next time you encounter a setback, try to see it as an opportunity rather than a roadblock.

You might just be surprised at how it can turn your day around for the better. Remember, a bad day's filter can be your greatest tool for flourishing.

Stop worrying about if people love you, do you love you?

Stop worrying about if people love you, do you love you? that's the question.

It's human nature to seek validation and acceptance from others.

We constantly worry about whether people love us and if we're measuring up to their standards.

But have you ever stopped to think about whether you love yourself?

That's the most important question we should be asking ourselves.

We often forget that we are our own biggest critics and the way we see ourselves greatly impacts our relationships with others.

So instead of seeking validation from others, we should focus on learning to love and accept ourselves.

The truth is, no one can love you if you don't love yourself.

It's impossible for someone else to fill that void within you.

We often look for love and acceptance in others because we feel incomplete or unworthy.

But the key to finding true happiness and fulfilling relationships is to first love ourselves.

This means accepting our flaws and imperfections, and embracing our unique qualities and talents.

It's about being comfortable in our own skin and not seeking validation from others.

Furthermore, constantly seeking validation from others can be detrimental to our mental health.

It leads to a never-ending cycle of comparison and self-doubt.

We start to believe that we're not good enough and that we need to constantly change ourselves to fit in or be loved.

But the truth is, we are enough just the way we are.

We don't need anyone else's approval to validate our worth.

We need to learn to be our own cheerleader and celebrate our own successes.

Moreover, when we focus on loving ourselves, we become more confident and independent.

We no longer rely on others to make us happy or define our self-worth.

This makes us less susceptible to toxic relationships and allows us to surround ourselves with people who truly love and appreciate us for who we are.

We also become better at setting boundaries and not settling for less than we deserve.

Learning to love ourselves is a journey and it takes time.

It's about acknowledging our feelings, both the good and the bad, and being kind to ourselves.

It's about forgiving ourselves for our mistakes and learning from them.

It's also about practicing self-care and doing things that make us happy.

It's not about being perfect, but about accepting ourselves with all our flaws and imperfections.

In conclusion, instead of worrying about whether people love us, we need to focus on loving ourselves.

It's the most important relationship we will ever have.

When we learn to love ourselves, we become happier, more confident, and attract positive relationships.

So let's stop seeking validation from others and start asking ourselves, 'Do I love me?' Because at the end of the day, that's all that truly matters.

The Gratification of seeing someone happy

The gratification of seeing someone happy makes me happy to have them in my life.

As humans, we often find joy and fulfillment in making others happy.

Whether it's through a small gesture or a grand gesture, the feeling of seeing someone else happy is truly gratifying.

It warms our hearts and fills us with a sense of purpose and meaning.

For me, this feeling is even more special when it comes from someone who is a significant part of my life.

There is something truly significant about being able to bring a smile to someone's face.

It's like a ripple effect, where their happiness spreads to those around them, including ourselves.

Seeing someone we care about genuinely happy brings a sense of contentment and satisfaction that cannot be matched.

It's a reminder that our efforts and actions can have a positive impact on others and that in itself is a beautiful thing.

In my own experience, I have found that the happiness of my loved ones is directly related to my happiness.

When I see my parents, siblings, or friends genuinely happy, it brings me a sense of joy and fulfillment that is hard to put into words.

It's almost as if their happiness becomes mine, and I am grateful to have such amazing people in my life who bring me this kind of happiness.

Moreover, knowing that I played a role in their happiness makes it all the more special.

Whether it's through a thoughtful gift, a kind word, or simply spending quality time together,

I take great pleasure in knowing that I have contributed to their happiness. It's a reminder that the little things we do for others can have a big impact on their lives, and that is a powerful feeling.

But it's not just the big gestures that make a difference.

Sometimes, it's the small, everyday moments that bring the most joy.

A shared laugh, a deep conversation, or even a simple hug can make all the difference in someone's day.

These moments may seem insignificant, but they are what make life meaningful and worth living.

And when we can share these moments with the people we love, their happiness becomes our happiness.

In a world where we are constantly bombarded with negativity and stress, the happiness of our loved ones is like a ray of sunshine.

It reminds us that there is still goodness and joy in the world, and that is something to be cherished.

It also serves as a reminder to be grateful for the people in our lives who bring us happiness and to never take them for granted.

In conclusion, the gratification of seeing someone we care about happy is a feeling like no other.

It brings us a sense of purpose, fulfillment, and joy that cannot be replicated.

The happiness of our loved ones is a precious gift that we should never take for granted.

So let us cherish those special moments and continue to spread happiness and love to those around us, for their happiness truly brings happiness into our own lives.

The gratification of seeing someone we care about happy is a feeling like no other.

Modern Day Church-Of Mind Manipulation

Jesus Christ and his disciples came and preached freely to the people, so why do mere men and women of the dust of the earth think that they are superior to God, to charge a fee to the masses?

When since did God partnered with a manager to collect funds? When since did God partnered with a man and woman to take money for blessings?

People need to stop being gullible they need to stop falling for the deception, trickery, and lies, that are being pushed upon them by greedy men and women who just want to get wealthy.

Mind manipulation is wildly flowing in these buildings called churches, it's a gameplay of the people's minds.

People need to look around at these buildings called churches, look at the leaders, and look at all the wealth that they continue to accumulate, millions and billions of dollars go into their pockets and bank accounts.

Does anyone see massive buildings being built for the widow, the needy, the hungry, and the people who are living on the streets?

The answer is no, with all the wealth that these church leaders accumulate, not one of them has built a building structure to help the widow and the poor and needy.

Has anyone noticed how many of them go into hiding with a crisis of the people appears, they are no help to the people, not one of them.

If those leaders, were true representations of Jesus Christ, why aren't we seeing multitudes of people getting healed, why aren't we seeing multitudes of people getting delivered?

Maybe it is because the presence of God is not there.

Why aren't we seeing multitudes of the poor getting help?

Why are we seeing the leaders going into the hospitals, the mental institutions to heal and help the people?

Maybe it's because the leaders are helping themselves to the riches and wealth, greedy men and women who are refusing to share with the widow, the poor, and the needy.

As always it's the leaders that are helping themselves.

Church has now become a business, it's not about winning souls for the kingdom of Almighty God, it's about manipulation, deception, and trickery.

These modern-day preachers reminds me of the big pharma that is pushing useless medications, that are not healing anyone or curing anything, they are just suppressing like a slight bandage, and the problem remains, it's just based on a customer base foundation so wealth and riches can pour in.

These modern-day leader wants to be celebrities, they want to walk, mingle, and rub shoulders with the rich and famous.

They are looking for a popularity pedestal where they can be seen, where they can fill their buildings to the max, and where they can call for tithing and produce millions from a packed house.

The auctioning call of $50, $100, $100, etc only shows what type of business it is, and it's not about God's business but about filling up the preacher's and shareholders bank accounts.

People need to wake up, they need to wake out of the bewilderment and bewitches of which they were placed.

If the Holy Spirit, a representation, of the essence of God is within you, why do people go looking for God in buildings of sand, stone, wood, glass, and mortar? The Truth of the matter is that God is not in those buildings.

I cannot remember the last time I heard a preacher preach from God's word, about repentance, forgiveness, getting yourself right with God, walking in light and not dark, and trying to live the True and positive way.

These men and women are preaching from themselves, they are prophecying from themselves, they are pushing the make money, the pay to preach and the pay to get blessed factors.

 Matthew 11:27-30

28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

How many people can say that they have found rest in their souls, and their weariness and burdens removed, when they go to these paid-to-preach preachers?

People need to wake up from the mind manipulations and the sooner the better for them.

These greedy men and women are misusing the concept of tithing to make themselfes fat with wealth and riches as they feed off the people. #WAKEUPPEOPLE

Almighty God's true way is about Love, healing, to help, make new, it is about growth, good, true, and relevent directions all directed to educate.

It's never emphasizing on a worldly factor but a spiritual ordinance, it's a true relationship to God, it's never about religion, it's about walking in faith and not by sight, it's about forgiveness, and walking in Truths.

How many of those pay-to-preach leaders preach about these aspects of God's ways?

Mark 8:36

For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his soul?

And with this in mind, the question is, why are these "pay to preach" preachers pushing rich schemes of prosperity peachings to be rich?

#WakeUpPeople.
