How to live a Peaceful way.

Everyone has a life to live, everyone has a part to play in this world of people and existence.  If individuals want to see peace, be at peace, and live a peaceful life, they need to not be a nuisance to society, individuals need to find peace in their lives.

"One cannot get peace when they are living in torment."

Peaceful living starts with the individual taking a deep look at themselves, to get to know themselves both physically and spiritually.

Some may question the spiritual factor that was mentioned, using the common sense factor, we are all spiritual beings living in a physical body, experiencing a physical and spiritual life, an earthly vessel is what we are all suited in.

Steering oneself on a path of peaceful awareness, with positive knowledge, living, and righteous focus, will help bring about peace.

Everyone needs to seek truth, live in truth, and balance self in a life of unified thinking with works and movements that will always have meaningful dispositions for growth, comfort,  stability, calm, love, and true unified reasonings.

If one wants peace, they have to align themselves with peace, they have to adapt themselves to peaceful ways of living, thinking, and doing.

It starts with everyone making a good difference in the world of society in which everyone lives.

Individuals need to make peace with themselves before they look for it from others.

When one finds peace within, nothing and no one will be able to disturb you because you will be grounded in peace, it's already structured within, in the essence of who you truly are, and nothing and no one wouldn't be able to change that.

Also, moving away and disconnecting oneself from people, places, and situations that carry loud, dramatized volumes of unnecessary noise, chaos, etc, will help layer a foundation and environment that matches an individual's peaceful way.

Individuals need to understand that they cannot be at peace if they are a part of the problem that continues to keep the noise."
