When Justice Becomes a Joke: A System of Guilt, Games, and Deception

There is a sickness in our judicial system, a disease so deeply rooted in deception, manipulation, and corruption that it no longer protects the innocent, it protects the guilty. 

We now live in a world of systems, where even when individuals are caught in the act, when all the evidence is there.

When video, witnesses, and hard proof stack up against them, somehow, the system still entertains the absurdity of a "not guilty" plea, and worse? It defends it.

When the courts allow high-priced attorneys to manipulate truth, spin narratives, and confuse justice with “legal gamesmanship.”

We are no longer dealing with a system that honors the law, we are dealing with a performance, a stage where criminals are the actors, and freedom is the reward for the best deception.

Let’s get one thing straight, a system that catches you in the act, with proof of your crime, and still allows attorneys to parade around the courtroom claiming you’re not guilty is not a system of justice, it is a system of CORRUPTION.

Justice Isn’t Blind, It’s Bought, why do we pretend that truth needs theatrics? 

If a person is caught red-handed, whether it’s theft, assault, murder, or fraud, and the evidence is irrefutable, why must we go through this charade? 

In today's world of systems being played out, justice is no longer about right and wrong, it's about who can afford the better liar.

And make no mistake, some attorneys are high-paid deceivers, paid to bend reality until it breaks. 

They don’t serve truth, they serve the dollar. And in doing so, they weaponize loopholes, distort facts, and turn victims into afterthoughts.

Where is the accountability, where is the moral obligation to stand with the facts instead of twisting them?

The System Isn’t About Rehabilitation, It’s About Rotation.

Let’s talk consequences, the punishment for a crime is intended to serve two primary purposes, justice for the victim and rehabilitation for the offender. 

But what we’re seeing is neither, instead of justice, victims are watching their abusers, attackers, and violators walk free. 

Instead of rehabilitation, offenders are learning one thing, “If you get caught, don’t worry, say you’re not guilty, get a lawyer, beat the system.”

What kind of future are we building when the lesson is not “don’t do the crime,” but “just find a clever way to escape the consequence”?

There’s no change, there’s no awakening, there’s just repetition, Crime-Caught-Deny- Lawyer-Walk free-Repeat.

It is the Rotten Core of The judicial system, the arm of law that’s supposed to protect the people from danger, is rotting from the inside out. 

When lies are louder than facts, and courtroom victories are based on technicalities rather than truth, the entire foundation becomes compromised.

And let’s not pretend this is about fairness or due process anymore.

This is about protecting the guilty, not proving innocence.

Justice cannot be served when it is rooted in games, deceptions, and denials. 

It cannot protect the people if it continues to entertain obvious lies under the guise of “legal rights.”

The Verdict Is In, the system is broken, and it is only until this system stops playing with criminals and starts holding them accountable without delay, we will continue to see injustice reign.

There must be a change, If the evidence is undeniable, stop entertaining lies.

If the person is clearly guilty, stop delaying the punishment.

If the crime is proven, stop using the courtroom as a circus to free the guilty.

We don’t need more laws, we don’t need more technicalities, we need moral courage to uphold what’s right.

The people are watching, the victims are waiting, the truth is being trampled, and the system?

It’s on trial, and we already know it isn’t very right.
