Atmospherical Business


Team Players or Business wreckers?


In an emasculate field of businesses all over the world, a team player is the criteria of description that most businesses asked for before one gets employed.

One must be a team player, an individual with the team playing mode.

And some individuals enter the establishment of companies to add diverse roles to the game but no team players or teamwork is in effect, none is present, or presented as it's just a business with much confusion and pretense of employment ways.

Where are the team players? As it seems that everyone is for themselves.

Everyone wants to be the boss of somebody and some used their title of authority to harass others.

So I am asking some companies, Where is the team for the team playing? And why is everyone for themselves?

Some always feel intimidated when new staff arrives, and some try to use their title of authority to intimidate new staff, Why?

Why the dysfunction, why the call for team players when in most of the companies it's all about pretense? 








Seeing through and bringing down the bad in Business.


Work establishment of surroundings!  Hmm! What can I say about them?

In my life of living and gaining entry into work fields of workmanship I've met the good along with the bad, and in some instances the bad always try to play a part to be the good ones.

They always try to out beat the good, and they try with some devious ways to manipulate the crowd, by channeling strife and confusion among others.

But as always the good always gains dominance as to stand on their true feet and dictate what is right from the errors of the wrong.

There is always that individual or those individuals that try to confuse, manipulate and direct strife and push their authority around, Yes! Those ones that try to sabotage workmates and good business.

And they don't just show up in business workmanship fields they show up in a life of living also, and I know that there are a lot of individuals out there that can relate to this article in some way, shape, or form.

Today I'm focusing my article on the workmanship fields and why it's necessary to keep standing in your true way.

I always asked, Why do some establishments hire such individuals, don't they know that some are trying to sabotage their business daily?

They hire them because they don't know about them, and the reason for most of them not knowing is because those individuals always camouflage themselves, just like the chameleon they show different colors to individuals when they are in the presence of someone, surrounding or atmosphere, and Yes! I've seen them display that devious deceiving way of themselves.

Through my years of workmanships, I've been taught to never let those kinds of individuals move me from my peaceful and truthful stance of consciousness because they are not worth it, and my worth can not be challenged, as I have no time for the ignorance of the ignorant as their time always come.

I'm not a ‘‘ Giddy Head ’’ individual whose stance is not established, my stance has been, is, and continues to be established.

I've seen through my life in workmanship fields, individuals that just walk off the job, good team players with so much more to offer a business, because of an individual or individuals that have that manipulating, strife making, confusion, and controlling way about them, Yes! Devious ways that just try to stir up strife among workmates etc.

And you know what I've also found out about those kinds of individuals?  I've found that they are so miserable with themselves and their lives that they just want to make everyone just like themselves, miserable and disturbing other's lives and businesses.

Those individuals don't like anyone not even themselves and if you really check them you would see that there is something about themselves that they don't like that they are trying to maintain to keep up an appearance.

I've always monitor their ways and I've been taught never to back down but to face them head-on with my truthful standing and I will continue to do that because that is my way.

I'm not here or going anywhere for the intimidation, controlling, or strife-making individuals that need attention, I have no time to waste on egoistic individuals that play a part and need attention.

And any individual that finds themselves in situations with anyone with elements of intrusions in life or workmanship fields, I will tell you that you should always try to maintain your true stance, speak truths and ignore the ignorance of the ignorant don't let them annoy you, You know what? Their day will come.

Yes! Some of them do walk with elements of confusion and strife but you walk with something greater more worthy, Truths and no devious lies.

Yes! You walk with allegiance and the alliance of Love, Truth, and Peace, and as I said before, your worth can not be challenged by anyone or anything, so keep walking in your truthful way and always speak the truth and you will see how those ignorant individuals will stay out of your way.  :)






Bossy Boss Or Leading Leader? 


The infrastructure of some companies is not stable at all, as some come with so much bias thinking and so many employees that are hating, bad management that some companies are serving, the selfish ways, polluted attitudes, and wayward ways.

The dysfunctions of alliances and the individuals with egotistic ways, how can these companies have true growth when they have so many areas with issues of bad functioning ways each and every day?

Some business structures need to change as all that is happening is that each day the good employees are only suffering.

As employees don't have that strong leading structure to get them through and most of them just walk around feeling angry, sad, bewildered and don't know what to do.

So much is going on in the work field of the business arena as we can find some individual that is selected sitting in the wrong chair, and much will be known and heard as most of them are always running things the wrong way.




Some have bossy structures that really give ‘‘ Boss ’’ its name, the wayward and unprofessional way that some do business it seems like they are just playing a ‘‘Pretend to be Boss’’ kind of game.

No one wants a bossy boss, individuals all need a leading leader, someone that they can walk along with and look up to, an individual that knows how to treat and handle employees correctly.

Someone who knows how to handle any kind of business structure and its employees in whatever matter that tries to manifest itself in any way.

"Leadership is not about giving orders, it is about implementing change order and growth"

An individual who knows how to make a business grow, not an individual who only puts their employees on a dysfunctional passage that only makes them want to work slow or be a no-show.

Some businesses think that they have structure but what they really have is a business that is already bursting at the seams.

Bossy bosses cannot run a business efficiently to really make it grow, as leadership is needed and it must be a highlight to lead employees and the business unto greener pastures of growth.

Instead of trying to run a clergy of individuals that hate everybody, some employers really need clarity and find out with themselves what is really going on.

Being bossy is not everything as it does not solve matters it only makes things worse, no one wins, it's just pushed employment.

And it just pushes employees far away and changes their outlooks of workmanship to mentalities of not showing an interest of a true reliance and for the employer respect and care.


" A business is not a business until it has Clarity and Efficiency in all aspects of ways"





In Business-Bad Supervision And Bad Managing?


The structural base for understanding between employees and employers must be established.


I'm not saying that the work environment must be a playground where everyone is playing games.

I'm merely saying that employees must be able to channel avenues of communication between the employer without being intimidated or feel intimidated by the other party.

So many wayward ways go on in some businesses and most of the time it's the supervisory or management staff of employees as they flaunt their man-made authority in manipulative ways.

And Yes! Words do get twisted around as what is released by staff members in a beneficial way to bring closure and workmanship just gets turned into a bandwagon of intrusive situations.

I can assure employers of businesses that if they had to do a survey on their supervisory and management team by other staff members, their heads would turn to see the survey's documentation of the disruptive ways that their supervisory and management staff distribute and cause confusion among employees and the business.

We all know that these individuals use their tactics behind the employer's back and that a clean face and structure are always shown when the employer is present.

An ordinance is an ordinance and ignorance is ignorance, and ignorance should never have a place among individuals in a business or anywhere else.

When individuals go into businesses in supervisory or management status with the mentality to run everyone, what does that say about them and the future of the business?

Individuals that just walk around with a suit of misery and cold hard hearts, with much going on in their personal life that they want to throw back at everyone.

How do individuals like that end up supervising and managing, are some businesses so desperate that they just pull in anyone without seeing and acknowledging the true disposition of who they hire?

Where is the true discipline of business, where is the true justice, when will the discreet confusion stop among supervisory, management, and other employees?

I'll tell you when! And that is when employers really start listening to their staff of employees to really find out what is truly going on in their businesses.

Stages of status are established in businesses to maintain an order of alliance, but how can order of alliance work when the main individuals set in supervisory and management positions are the ones behind the turmoil?

The alliance of some supervisory and management staff is not always for their work members or the growth of the business but for the utmost confusion of extreme.

And I'm not basing this documentation on myth or theory I'm basing it on the truth of reality and experience, yes! Somethings that are happening today.

You know what? Everyone has their life to live and everyone has a place and space in this world to do what is right for them to do.

Helping others and working as a team should always be the mandate to get things done efficiently and effectively to help self, business, and others to grow.

Yes! Some individuals have reached a height in their lives some legal some illegal where they have gained a substantial financial status and life of living.

And that should not mean that one should consider themselves a master, king, or queen, there is only one true master and there is only one true king and anyone else is just a counterfeit and an individual or individuals that have a misunderstanding manipulative mind.

Trying to get power makes individuals do a lot of ignorant things and using the wrong power to push control, manipulation, and intimidation at others is not a good thing to do.

Some individuals get put in positions to carry out main tasks, to lead as their maneuver individuals into progressive ways that will help themselves and others in workmanship and the overall running of a business.

So why do some individuals try to push unnecessary authority to cause havoc and friction of confusion among themselves in workmanship with employees?

Some businesses have employees coming and going into work fields in their businesses and when you really look at the picture, more employees are exiting faster than they are being employed.

Yes! Some leave because of the need to get better wages, some leave because the work is too much for the small wages, some leave because of bad treatment by the employer, and some leave because of the bad treatment by supervisory and management staff.

And with complaints of supervisory and management not knowing what they are doing, to the disruptive ways that procedures are handled, instead of trying to solve basic problems some just join with troublemakers to try to intimidate the staff to cause and add move havoc among others.

What really is a business place when teamwork is not the base that supervisory and management staff is building on?

Yes! Meetings do happen but what conclusion will come out of a meeting when in fact the devil is sitting as a representative in a seat?





Business Productions Or Just A Bias Infection?


The criteria for having a successful business is the individual having an eye for detail, a leader with much understanding of the business arena of which they are about to ply and the staff of employers that they have employed.

Business is not for everyone and everyone is not for business some individuals dip into the business sector without having the knowledge of understanding the overall business awareness and aspects of it, some just have the finances to invest and some just do it for an ego release but the criteria of knowing the overall business structure are never prominent.



In some businesses, one can find some employers demanding sales from employees, is this the right infrastructure to truly grow a business, that very hard and harsh recommendation push that some bosses like to do?

No it isn't and all it does is make tension through the business environment of the employment field and it makes some employees uncomfortable and they just take up their bags and leave.

The sales growth aspects of a business should not be birth on bullying, aggression, racism, or egotistic greed, that is the remedy for a fractured business and it will die off in parts and whole.


Some individuals go into business avenues looking to make a million dollars overnight, yes a business will have financial gains depending on the product flow, the customer base, and the overall team playing of the employer's workmanship and servicing rendered, but the " Get Rich Make Millions Fast" financial apparitions that some individuals see in front of them are mere illusions with false ways that are birth from greedy appetites.

In societies all over the world, there is an influx of businesses to and fro, it is a monopoly of competitors prying for the trade and all are trying to hit the million and billion dollar bell of finances.

Now looking at these business avenues, an individual investing in a business and trying to get it off the ground, of course, the business will take time to grow.



It is not like a myth of some magical seed that one would plant and automatically it sprouts up into a money tree, please stop the child dreaming tactic of thoughts.

Whatever potential that a business will flourish depends on the overall team working of the employees, the stock trading, etc, customer channeling and the communication base between employers, employees, and the boss is a true leader of the trade.

Employers should know what they are doing if they qualify for a job and as an employer, they should know who they employ, the person or persons that assist in the sales gathered, and the experienced that they come with to help the structural proceedings of the business to go forward.

The demanding push on, get me more sales and money is not going to make it as it has much bias toning and intentions with bullying and racist themes.

Some individuals have businesses and walk with the title of the boss but they do not know or have the slightest knowledge of how to run a business or how to treat their employees as there is always a missing or broken chain on the communication bridge.


Some employers even go all the way to make employees uncomfortable as they present themselves in their business just watching every move that their employees make with the scanning of employees to see how they, on command, deliberately scrutinized the customers to get more sales.


Do this and do that, ask this and ask that, are constantly being urged in demand in some employee's faces.


Who really has time for that, who really wants a greedy egotistic employer of a boss with much harassment and bullying bias ways in their ears etc brainstorming one's life all the time?

A business will always make money as long as its infrastructure etc is on the right track of product margins, employee team playing, experiences, and services rendering, a biased business structure will only make it to the second lane as it will help itself to deplete itself.

A business is not going to be successful if it does not have true team players in workmanship fields to help get it off the ground, inside sabotaging will always happen and this is the tool that can cause destruction in many areas in a business.

The potential rate of distribution, products, and services also play a part in helping a business to grow or fail.

You sell what the customer wants and not what you like, yes your preference of description reference will want a detailing in some avenues but some employers are too overwhelming in some area of purchasing, meaning sometimes what they like may not be what the customers want.



It is always about ''tension targeting'' stressful issues that get to the employers and in turn, they make the employee's life at the workplace living hell.

Who really wants such tension in a workplace who really has time for that?

The arrogance that some employers come with I can assure you that so many employees are just boiling to tell them off.

But some are not going to because they are looking at trying to build their life's structure to make ends meet, on the other hand, those ones that have a short temper fuse will definitely do it.



Also the Over-Worked: Underpaid regime still lingers as many individuals are falsely thrown in its web.

In societies in the monopoly world of workmanship and employment the average person works for a minimum wage and with the overall living of trying to balance on a weekly or monthly disposition could be challenging for some as the minimum wage does not suit their living regime.


The heightened vat and taxes by government institutions continue on a basic flow but the very low wage rates remain the same, it is a sundry challenge for some individuals having and trying to go through life in and on a low financial field.

If you look around at most businesses you see employees being cut here and there and a built-up challenge of overworked automatically drops on some remaining who are overworked and underpaid, and everyone is crying out.

Government alliances and private institutions continue to downsize on production and upsize on multitasking as they try to fused recommendation tactics fields unto the already overworked employees which by the way is making a very corrupt and destructive field of workmanship depositions.


The continuous task for some employees to do much is very overwhelming and it is not that businesses are not making the money, they are but some are very greedy with it.

You are not going to find any employer saying to their employees " you all worked hard here is something extra in your pay pack" instead you would hear, "why did you not make me more sales?


The arrogance and ignorance that has businesses laced with putting employees to multitask have to come down, that filtering of fatigue must be stopped before it grows out of hand because it is just birthing more greedy egos that want to plant and hide slavery in a new trade.

It is uncalled for and businesses can do better if only some have the right business mentality and experience to wisely make good choices instead of making bad choices that continue to deplete employee's integrity and the business alliances.



These days of living, individuals have to stick to what they need and not what they want because their wage infrastructure is so small.

For some, it is all about the bills and nothing more, a hardening of comfort and poise.

And for those with diabetes, etc the paychecks do not clarify the cost of what certain foods will cost.

Some go about turning off utilities to save on bills with the challenge of trying to lower high bills.

Some with the faith of hope are living off the grace of God as they keep their faith to full height.

Trying to stretch paychecks from stressful work, some employees do the work for more people and are still getting the same low pay with by the way is high-tech slavery in disguise.

The high cost of good quality foods for some seems to be a challenge as the third world poisonous cheap products continue to enter.

The multitasking regime on employees is mentally, physically, spiritually draining, and frustrating.


The individuals running with the titles of boss etc and the wayward rules of laws are not moved by the excruciating movements because they already have good financial statures.

Employee illnesses are on the rise, sick leave continues to mount up and no one has the audacity to inquire what is wrong or ask employees are okay?

The cold-hearted regimes of bosses are just making their employees sick, with the salted wayward rules of law that some lay down, the infectious trail that they pick up from a governing regime that has no understanding, true structure or true heart serving for their people and staff of employees as it is just about doing much of their work and they will pay you little.


It is really a sad state to see how much businesses are trying to get in on this tainted way that used employees in such a discriminating way, with the bias regime of cold-hearted men and women wanting to rule.


Some employers never get in tune with their employees as they are so far away, the communication line was never put up to establish a good and true feed.







The Master's System.


The rights of some individuals will never be justified when there is always the enemy battling against them, in the people around them.

The forefront knowledge that some have attained only stays dormant as some continue to be pushed into a much-secluded position to take whatever treatment that is being propelled by the quote on the quote "Master's System".

Everyone wants to rule but those rulers are never in a strong position to represent anyone only try to heighten themselves.

I've seen as I experienced individuals in the union system that supposed to be present representatives for the people going on the reverse side as they too took advantage of the people.

Not truly representing the people in basic matters, individuals that they should be representing.

And when that happened all that can be seen is a big flaw and corruption in the dominance of said authority.

The cultural agenda has a stain that does not want to come out.

The intrusive way of some delinquent passages and people that is just out to take advantage of others.

And there is never remorse in some individuals when they get up and walk out of passages etc that is not truly fulfilling, representing, honoring, or showing care for their present cause.

The system stinks and it will continue to stink until the people gather their voices and apply as one to stop the ignorant passages of false ruling that has been forcefully put on them.

This is no time to show cowardice or fear this is time for every individual to stand up for their rights, the rights of a people as a whole.

Gather strength move on if you have to and significantly grow in fields not accruable.

The bias slavery thinking and dispositions must end, individuals are not slaves they are people all striving to survive, so why try to take away the will to survive from a people by being so disgruntled, to put them into a state of reluctance stress, and despair because they are just trying to make an honest dollar?






Family Businesses Etc. -The Tug-of-war


This is not about venting as some may think, this is just an article that is showing up everyday procedures in the business arena the ones that are hidden in the dark.

Everyone will say that family is everything and that blood is thicker than water but is it the true structural theme that some broadcast, lives up to in this gesture?

Yes! Families have disputes and whether some want to continue in the quote on quote "family structure" is merely up to them but when the disputes flow into a business, the business where not only the public but the employees, customers, etc can see, feel and hear it will then be the utmost unprofessionalism and ignorant prospects on the parties involved.

I've had the opportunity to work within a place, with the most unhappy employees that I have ever encountered in one place.

I was told at the interview that the staff made up for most of the sales produced and that I should keep the place equipped for the staff needs, but I encounter something different after not only a switched of tongues but other things most drastic and prejudice occurred.

I would not say that it is a business because as far as going forward with true alliance etc all that was happening was much breakage in workmanship, communication, false representation the tug of war between management and family, and dysfunctional ways that have the business going backward instead of forward.

I also think that it was built on a cursed ground with all the confusion etc that for years continued to ripple through its foundation and seams.

I always say and I wrote an article about businesses that anyone will find employees leaving on a daily weekly rate etc is doing something wrong and that the structure inside is not steady and so it was once again at this place that I encountered.

Looking in from the outside one will have a different outlook at what some businesses will be like when they walk in, and upon entry, they will get an aspect view change of their disposition after finding out that things were not what they seemed to be.

I had the opportunity to work at such a place and before I had entered the establishment so many individuals will advise me about the backward, prejudice, controlling, etc procedures that were embedded in the place and the owners.

I know that experiences give one more experienced to do one's duties as great knowledge can be received and one can learn from that knowledge to go forward in different terrain if need be.

On entry of day one, I made a change around in the department as I found it not only confusing but very backward, old school, untidy, and not professional enough for the direction that it was supposed to be in.

And with the change around I got the most appreciating welcoming party for the work that I had accomplished within that day alone and the following days. sales were on the high, and with more potential came greed.

On Day Two, I was approached by the utmost unprofessional individual that tried to showcase a dominance of intimidation, no welcome to the business, I hope you like it here, just plain intimidation.

 I watch that woman act out her intimidation for at least two days and after my workmate complained to me about her actions against her also I decided to go to a manager and place my case, nothing did come out of the claim as management just blow off my claim knowing truthfully how that woman was trying to intimidate and terrorized the staff.

Anyway as I looked around I realized that the staff was the feeble type the ones that are vulnerable to be easily taken advantage of manipulated and intimidated.

And the conscious ones that came in with a voice conscious to say what they will not stand for were the ones that were asked to leave.

Also, I realized that the majority of the management team was cold-hearted individuals that were soulless to others, the unhappy type that has a presence of unhappiness that just tries to carry out their unhappiness on employees.

Me being a peoples person I was now faced with an ever day visit from employees left to right and center as they use me as a shoulder to cry on to place their frustrations etc about not only the business but the procedures, workmanship, and false accusations, etc that was being placed on them.

One day the same woman approached me with her intimidation and in a very dignified way I ask her what was her problem and if she was so unhappy to also try to cause unhappiness on others?

I also told her that her intimidation was not going to work on me that she was coming after the wrong individual.

That confrontation, lead both of us to the manager's office whereupon entry the presence inside was just as cold as the others on the outside no remorse, compassion, no emotions just a hard cold heartless angry man with an aggressive voice that just sweeps everything under the carpet.

I told him that he already know the individual and what she is doing and continue to do and what she tried to do upon my entry.

I was not validated I was just a snob and given a warning.

Hmm! Imagine that as a new employee at work.

No justice whatsoever was given to me or the other employees I went and found.

Upon days, weeks, months, etc of being there everything just started showing through the camouflage that was up to try to fool everyone.

As I stood in my department and monitor every individual I realized that the business was a hell whole with fake individuals pretending to be nice.

Daily staff was resigning, from all departments because of the backward rules that were being implemented on them.

There were individuals in the management team that was causing so much chaos and blaming the employees and the higher management ignored the pleas of the lower employees to voice.

I was in a place with such prejudice, mismanagement, camouflage, hate, envy, unhappiness, intimidation, manipulation, etc and there was no communication between staff and management as any voice making accusations will be terminated.

Imagine a place where you cannot say anything in reasoning nothing at all to represent oneself.

Staff was constantly sick because of the fungus, mold, and asbestos roofing that is on and around the building and too much sick leave will get them their walking papers, some were even harshly told that it was them that was sickly and not the place.

A new staff member got sick, and after a visit to the doctor was told that the environment where she works, is killing her slowly, she came back, and resign on the spot.

Every day staff would apply for medications to stop the headaches, nausea, etc and no one not even the management from their department would look into the matter to try to help them out.

It was a sad place for employees to be in,  a lot of selfish, cold-hearted people supervised and managed, the structure was just base on hard work for little pay with a lot of false rules that were embedded in the contracts.

The communication base between the management and wife was slack as no one knew what the other was doing or about, and in a family business where there is no communication between parties something has to be so wrong.

My department as I found it with stock was always in chaos I tried to take it forward but every time I did management was taking it backward.

Two former employees that resigned at the same time gave me the rundown of everything.

Accountants came in to try to handle the backlog of works that was pending even before I arrive and still nothing was able to be processed because of the wayward ways in which the business was operating and continues to operate.

It was very frustrating, energy-wasting, etc because as soon as the wife says to do something and someone does it, the husband will come and change what was done and it was like that in all departments, it was never a suited decision, to help aspects go forward in true worthy reliance.
It was always about who is in charge and who to control and push around, and he did in every department even with his wife.

No one made their voice known because they were afraid of the boss's attitude even his wife was afraid of his attitude as she let him do what he wanted even though it compromised the departments and frustrated the staff.

After long talks with my workmate etc, I decided it was time for me to leave I was asked by her not to leave but I had to think of my life, health, and sanity because the place was making everyone sick to the core, individuals were being let go and the majority was resigning, it was like a madhouse, with everything in chaos and all the meeting which did not make any sense, was never helping the situations.

Some were working without breaks, lunch and still were drilled for not doing work.

The multitasking regime is way out of hand as the job description that staff applied for is twisted with a wayward and backward false ruling in their contracts, that has them doing four or more job descriptions and just getting paid for one.

The area that made me see the bias thinking etc of the management was the discarding of food etc that could have gone to the employees that were in need, nothing was to be given to anyone everything was to be thrown in the garbage and these are individuals that said that they are Christians that want to teach you about God, which god?

I shook my head in disbelief because Christ is a helper, not a manipulator, controller, or intimidator.

Their religion is a lie their place is a lie and every structure that they have is a lie it has much bias, prejudice, and multitasking that drives the employees like slaves.

Staff was sick and was scolded because they wanted something to drink, nothing is to be given freely even if it had to save their lives.

I decided that was not the place for me I was not going to put my precious energy into something that is not true, not of Love, something that is so incomplete, so ruthless, so prejudice and so awful to their kind, color does not make anyone richer than the other it is the Love that one shares that can guarantee richness, prosperity hope, communication yes love for others in the outmost genuine way.

Everyone is conscious to sense good from bad and everyone can feel the disconnection between the boss and his wife, the unhappiness the cold heartless hearts the emotionless soul stare of eyes they carry, everyone can all see and feel the prejudice, the confusions the false ones among them that is why they walk out in resignation that is why they refuse not to go any further in the place.

And with the, she says yes and he says no tug of war between management is a circle of confusion.

An agreed truthful decision has to be made to go forward with the right aspects of workmanship as all the tug of war is doing is compromising all work fields and employees in the business.

I've heard from everyone in the place what they think of not only the bosses but the procedures and if doors could open for them all would walk out because the infrastructures are not true and stable.

They try to renovate the structure but the true building needs to be done from the inside of the individuals that carry the dysfunctions the hate the prejudice the fake masks that they think they can hide under.

There is never an accurate communication guideline to work from with true workmanship and the place is seasoned with confusion every day.

Management gets complained about and it is swept under the carpet staff gets complained about and they are shown the door.

I realized that management had a team of heartless individuals just like themselves that were carrying out their dirty deeds, everyone in the same boat doing the same things to the innocent employees that just want to work for an honest dollar.

Every day employees would visit me and cry on my shoulder for help, they needed a listening ear, someone with compassion,  because they were too weak to voice, and they were all scared because of the pending rules that state no talking back in grievances or they would be fired.

What could I do for these people? I had to talk to each one and empower them on truths, either they stay and go through the prejudice, torment, etc ways or decide and try to move on to a better way, as no representative was willing to case their disputes, not even the representative for the union as they too were trying to keep their job, and they kept quiet, and refuse to help who they were supposed to.

All the strong ones resign and move on to better and the weak remain to be preyed on, and as I started to lose all interest I began to disconnect from the place I was going to hand in my resignation letter at the end of the month when they were renovating but God! Yes! God told me to wait and, she showed me what was coming and how to handle it and I did.

I was called in and told that my performance was not good, but we all know better than that, I was not bothered by the request because as I had told employees that I was close to, that I was going to resign.

I won that day because I got all that was due to me when I got paid out etc, and I left with myself intact because I did not let the ruthless procedures of that place break me, and turn me into someone just like them.

I know my worth and it does not have the hate of man in it, it does not have prejudice in it, it does not have because I have money I can belittle people, or because my skin is another color I am more than you.

Individuals open businesses some inherit the business and some do not have the business head to carry on a business they just have the quote on quote "money" and the white supremacy that some try to walk with is not making anything better for them it will just show them up because prejudice will also walk with them.

Everyone is the same despite the color base, everyone is humankind with the same red blood so what makes one so superior from the other.

If you are walking and fall, a hand might be outstretched and that person may not look like you, they may not have the same color, hair, money standing structure, etc, but you know what they will have, they will have the decency to see pass all those things and just help a brotherman because they fell and is in need of help.

It should not be about the money it can not be taken when they go six feet deep,  money does not have a heartbeat it just has limited leverage, and after it is gone, you are the same as everyone else.

It should not be about the color because if one day they fall, someone of another color might be that help to pick them up, it should not be about control, never try to overshadow one's willpower to gain control over them.

Everything works in cycles and what goes around comes around, everyone knows, everyone can see everyone can hear and they can repeat what they experienced so where does that leave the business, just laying in a field of a bad reputation.

Everyone should also have control over their willpower, they should never let anyone take that from them, I also voice concern in certain areas that I was being pushed into and I was not liked after that by those who wanted to control.

I always challenge wayward ways that do not apply to the truth that I genuinely know, I am not afraid of anyone and I am not afraid to say what is and to show up what is being hidden in camouflage and behind guard secured gates.

The last day I saw the male owner was before I left, he came to the store to pick up some items, and the presence that he entered with, was so full of hatred and disgust towards me, that it was pouring through his skin like water does from a pipe.

I was going to ask him what did I do to him, but God wanted me to be quiet, observe and let what was to happen to play out, and I did just that.

You know! People walk around with such bad energy and they always try to mask it up behind false smiles etc but a discerning individual can always see, feel, etc through the fakeness.

Money or color does not make anyone, your heart makes you, the true love inside is what should propel one to be a better person, and if the true love of God and God is not there only one thing can be and that is the hate and the presence of the enemy, and that is what I encountered from day one up until my exit at that place.


Today I rest my case.
