Frenemies- former friends current foes.

Friendships are an important part of life, and they can last a lifetime.
But sometimes friendships can be complicated, and even the closest of friends can find themselves in a difficult situation.
This is especially true when it comes to 'frenemies,' or friends who have a complicated relationship of being both friends and foes.

Frenemies often start out as friends, but over time, their relationship changes.

This can lead to feelings of hurt and betrayal, and these feelings can be difficult to overcome.
Frenemies usually have a lot of drama and tension between them, which can make it hard to stay friends.
They may be embroiled in a lot of arguments and disagreements, and it can lead to a lot of hurt feelings.

The most common reason for becoming frenemies is when one friend begins to feel jealous of the other.

This jealousy can lead to a lot of negative emotions, which can make it difficult to maintain a healthy relationship.
The jealous friend may become competitive and try to outdo the other, or they may be overly critical of what the other does.
This can lead to a lot of conflict and tension, and it can be hard to keep the friendship going.

Sometimes, friends can become enemies without even realizing it.

This can happen when one friend begins to feel like the other is taking advantage of them or not respecting their boundaries.
This can lead to the friend feeling taken for granted, and it can be hard to move past this feeling.

It's important to remember that just because someone is a frenemy, it doesn't mean that the friendship is over forever.

It's possible to get past the drama and tension, and to make the friendship work again.
It takes effort, understanding, and patience, but it can be done.

The first step is to talk about the issues that are causing the tension.

Communication is key to any relationship, and it's important to be honest and open with each other about what's going on.
Be sure to be respectful and understanding, and try to find a middle ground.

It's also important to take responsibility for your own actions.

If you've done something wrong or hurtful, apologize and make an effort to make it up to your friend. It's also important to forgive and move on.
Holding onto grudges and resentment will only make things worse.

Finally, be patient and give your friend time to heal.

It's normal to feel hurt and betrayed when things don't go as planned, and it takes time to get past these feelings.
Give your friend the space they need to heal and come to terms with what happened.

Frenemies can be difficult, but with the right approach, it's possible to move past the drama and tension and become friends again.

It takes effort and understanding, but it's worth it in the end.
