Temperament- The Calming Of A Hot Temper.


 As some tend to misuse the word temperament for occasional methods and tactics, most fail to understand that someone with a hot temper can lead to a disturbing destructive situation.

Temperament is associated with one's mental aspect, sometimes deletion and foreign.

Temperament-The combination of mental, physical, and emotional traits of a person, natural predisposition-Unusual personal attitude or nature as manifested by peculiarities of feeling, action, etc, often with a distinction to submit to conventional rules or restraints.

As everyone in society often encounters temperament at some point in their lives, some every day, some every minute, but this episode can be calmed by a sense of peace in one's surroundings and those to whom you may come in contact.

As the human body and mind are able to adapt to its surroundings and experience in senses, the body can not, but react to a hot temper when one may find one's self in a difficult situation that makes one exhibit temperament.

Each action coincides with the individual as his or her means of letting go of the tension that builds within one's self from a difficult situation.

As one expresses one's self by a hot temper, it's only mandatory that around the time that one goes through the episode that no one shall try to add to the situation, as it may only cause the individual to get more influx in their behavior, and it will be difficult to calm them.

But as each human being is built up with molecules of calming, one can be calmed in the right environment and around the right people or person represented to achieve the calming procedure.

The awareness of the individual also comes into the concept as they must be aware of their surroundings and the matter of how their temperament leads to their actions.

As I have gone through and dealt with temperament in my life, I could only but notice how each time I control my temper and calm it from escalating into something more, and out of control and proportion.

As I find myself tested daily by people, events, and situations of this world, one but only adopt a state of awareness, about the surroundings and people that one interacts with to know when and how to stop one from adopting a hot temper or as one will stop from pushing one's buttons.

Whether it's driving and someone drives by without due care or attention, standing in a long line for service and someone skips in front of you, someone pushing you and not saying sorry, someone accusing you of something, the boss on your case, or some other situation that you may find yourself in.

One should know that there is a way that they can, calm a hot temper, thus avoiding a heated argument or confrontation between one's self and others.

And the solution to the problem of calming is just ignored and walk away, count to ten if need be, and say to yourself it's not just worth it.

It does not worth making a fuss and getting yourself all flustered and hot-tempered, for what? 

To go and hit someone and get into a more serious situation with the pending individual? 

No! It's just not worth it.

And so people must understand that they can calm their tempers, and everyone should.

Most of the time it depends on the situation, if it is a situation that you have with an individual and the individual is exchanging explicit words, just put up your hands like an ok gesture, you know there are times when the mouth should be closed, and that would be the ideal time, do not say a word as opening your mouth will only make the individual words escalate like a fire being drenched with gasoline.

When you just keep quiet after a while the individual will realize that they are the only one in conversation and that they are just making a fool of themselves, then after a while, they will calm down, because they did not have a rival to participate in words, so they will just walk away or keep quiet.

On busy streets or even walking on the busy roads, even in a work environment, you always find someone that will try to push your button, but you must always remember that you control your temper and it does not control you.

If you are driving and someone decides to drive past you and used explicit language because you are driving too slow, well just ignore them, and pray to God that you, the individual, and whoever around get to each's destination safe.

It does not make any sense you answering back the individual, as the both of you will be indifferent vehicles, both using explicit language at each other, without the other hearing or knowing.

I'm not saying here that you should roll down your windows or get to put your vehicle to cause a scene okay! Please understand my words efficiently.

Just keep driving be quiet hold your peace and go on your way, be the strong one, and show that you have a mentality of control to know what is right to do.
