Radiation Is Not Going To Help Make Vitamin D.

So many individuals are killing themselves slowly by applying a high volume of radiation on their skin.

All over the world, one can find individuals using this method of sun tanning to change their complexion to the one their desire, by using the rays from the sun to darken themselves even more and some may think to prematurely launch their skin into producing vitamin D.

And some go about it in a very dangerous way 

by staying in the sun minutes and hours a day.

The skin is not going to make vitamin D in radiation and all that is happening and will happen is that the skin will get destroyed, die off and the individual will then illuminate high doses of radiation and with true, relevant testing the results will come to light.

Individuals are just engaging themselves in harmful rays that just dissipates the skin's living flow, and they are left with skin that is dead, killed off by massive doses of radiation.

And blisters, boils, and inflammation rapidly flow in as the result of harsh radiation treatment that individuals give themselves as they call it suntanning.

Mankind has been brainwashed and manipulated over the centuries as they are pushed and bewildered into thinking false ways are true, good and relevant ways, when in fact they are just ways orchestrated by the devious ones that try to put mankind into more harm.

What individuals need to understand, is that they are actually giving themselves a harsh embodiment of radiation in a form that mankind is yet to understand.

Scientists have been fighting themselves years on end trying to understand the machinery and reign of the sun.

The intensity of the sun's rays are so pollutant to the skin and in mass doses, it can kill harm and it will destroy.

Did anyone notice how the sun's glaring rays have intensified to maximum flaring as it no longer shines and flows like years before?

The pollutes of its strength that it is pushing to the earth and surrounding planets each day is not tolerant of mankind, it only dissipates, as it's now in a rational state of damage and destroys.

Radiation is flowing daily and any conscious individuals can see, feel, know and sense the strength and damage of radiation on their skin and sun tanning individual's skin, as they continue to air themselves in the sun's rays in forms of suntanning working or everyday movement action in the sun.

Why do you think that individuals get dehydrated, nauseated and sick when in the sun too long? Is that vitamin D's energy? 

No of course not, radiation is not going to make vitamin d, radiation is a based pollutant of mixed masses of energy made to kill, damage or destroy, so why are individuals trying to use it as a method to prematurely produce vitamin D?

Vitamin d is a nutrient that helps the body with growth overall essentials.

Also the substitute of tanning beds! The ignorance that some individuals continue to do is even more harmful, the ignorance seemed to be freely flowing rapidly to some of these individual's heads.

The false sun's rays that have been emitting and flowing to the earth is full of massive doses of radiation waves.

And some individuals have not even noticed that the sun is not really the sun, they still have not noticed that the rays are flowing differently, with a more intensified effect of flow that can massively destroy.

The sun is now set in a different seating and it's seated as a weapon of warfare.

Individuals must always remember that vitamin D gives one energy and radiation just pollutes, damage, kill and destroy, so tell me! Why are some among you using radiation on their bodies like a toy?

Temperament- The Calming Of A Hot Temper.

 As some tend to misuse the word temperament for occasional methods and tactics, most fail to understand that someone with a hot temper can lead to a disturbing destructive situation.

Temperament is associated with one's mental aspect, sometimes deletion and foreign.

Temperament-The combination of mental, physical, and emotional traits of a person, natural predisposition-Unusual personal attitude or nature as manifested by peculiarities of feeling, action, etc, often with a distinction to submit to conventional rules or restraints.

As everyone in society often encounters temperament at some point in their lives, some every day, some every minute, but this episode can be calmed by a sense of peace in one's surroundings and those to whom you may come in contact.

As the human body and mind are able to adapt to its surroundings and experience in senses, the body can not, but react to a hot temper when one may find one's self in a difficult situation that makes one exhibit temperament.

Each action coincides with the individual as his or her means of letting go of the tension that builds within one's self from a difficult situation.

As one expresses one's self by a hot temper, it's only mandatory that around the time that one goes through the episode that no one shall try to add to the situation, as it may only cause the individual to get more influx in their behavior, and it will be difficult to calm them.

But as each human being is built up with molecules of calming, one can be calmed in the right environment and around the right people or person represented to achieve the calming procedure.

The awareness of the individual also comes into the concept as they must be aware of their surroundings and the matter of how their temperament leads to their actions.

As I have gone through and dealt with temperament in my life, I could only but notice how each time I control my temper and calm it from escalating into something more, and out of control and proportion.

As I find myself tested daily by people, events, and situations of this world, one but only adopt a state of awareness, about the surroundings and people that one interacts with to know when and how to stop one from adopting a hot temper or as one will stop from pushing one's buttons.

Whether it's driving and someone drives by without due care or attention, standing in a long line for service and someone skips in front of you, someone pushing you and not saying sorry, someone accusing you of something, the boss on your case, or some other situation that you may find yourself in.

One should know that there is a way that they can, calm a hot temper, thus avoiding a heated argument or confrontation between one's self and others.

And the solution to the problem of calming is just ignored and walk away, count to ten if need be, and say to yourself it's not just worth it.

It does not worth making a fuss and getting yourself all flustered and hot-tempered, for what? 

To go and hit someone and get into a more serious situation with the pending individual? 

No! It's just not worth it.

And so people must understand that they can calm their tempers, and everyone should.

Most of the time it depends on the situation, if it is a situation that you have with an individual and the individual is exchanging explicit words, just put up your hands like an ok gesture, you know there are times when the mouth should be closed, and that would be the ideal time, do not say a word as opening your mouth will only make the individual words escalate like a fire being drenched with gasoline.

When you just keep quiet after a while the individual will realize that they are the only one in conversation and that they are just making a fool of themselves, then after a while, they will calm down, because they did not have a rival to participate in words, so they will just walk away or keep quiet.

On busy streets or even walking on the busy roads, even in a work environment, you always find someone that will try to push your button, but you must always remember that you control your temper and it does not control you.

If you are driving and someone decides to drive past you and used explicit language because you are driving too slow, well just ignore them, and pray to God that you, the individual, and whoever around get to each's destination safe.

It does not make any sense you answering back the individual, as the both of you will be indifferent vehicles, both using explicit language at each other, without the other hearing or knowing.

I'm not saying here that you should roll down your windows or get to put your vehicle to cause a scene okay! Please understand my words efficiently.

Just keep driving be quiet hold your peace and go on your way, be the strong one, and show that you have a mentality of control to know what is right to do.

Black Panther-The Long Standing- Watch With Caution And The Ability To Understand What Is And What Isn't.

The long effect substitutes for a marginal cause as the propaganda of cartoons mimics reality is base on an understanding for some to gain entry into a superficial world of happenings and events that some may see and try to interpret as truths.

For years the mainstream media has been impacting genres of passages to get a base for understanding what really is out there, a lucent cause that somehow apprehends some individual's mind of mentality to think differently.

To be copying mimic with much bewilderment.

Some may see their nationality pushed to the forefront to be recognized, some may see freedom of works, movement, and voice while some may see it as the strength of a particular bloodline of a people.

And the outcome of proceedings I hope will not change or challenge an individual's mentality to cause an uproar among themselves.

Yes! Truths are opening up doors that were once closed and individuals need to understand that truths will not cause a rifle in any passage as it always sweeps with a clean, clear, and calm flow.

The exhibit of the black panther movie is base on challenges and no one watching the movie should try to challenge themselves or anyone to try to cause a bias confrontation among themselves.

Everything is a learning process and everyone should learn without making nescience of self as to make an ignorant noise.

The impact worldwide among societies watching the movie is phenomenal and the lessons learned should be placed at a minimum as not to be deciphered in any biased way that would only try to push hate or any other wayward agenda in anyone's way.

Just watch the movie with an open mind, a true conscious mentality, and never introduce ignorance where it is never meant to be.

Some individuals in societies in this world of many wayward ways and happenings can get so easily manipulated in mentality to see things and interpreted them the way they are not.

And the intrusion only comes when they accept what isn't to portray it into what they unconsciously think it is.

Individuals in societies, that all live in this world need to understand that to empower is not an intrusion it's tools of truthful workmanship that always leads to a growth of true evolving.

Intrusions just come with pushed in compromising ways that do not benefit anyone.

It's all about embracing the positive side of every aspect of the way and not the negative side, that is the lesson that is always be taught.

The bias impact only accelerates with the negative thinking of intrusive ways.

Evolving Or Intrusion? -You Do The Maths!

In some societies, there are some who others would call ‘‘ Old Fashion’’ or ‘‘Old School’’ mere individuals that stick to their regime. 

And as years go by a lot is changing but are these changes for the better, is this a chance to evolve or a change of intrusions? 

Now you can hardly find that old society way of living as outside influences came in with a base of intruding. 

Yes! This is a new era, so what! That doesn't mean that everyone should copy what some ignorant people are doing. 

Mankind needs to understand that when something is evolving, it gets better, it has a meaningful disposition that aligns to grow. 

It doesn't cause an uproar, it doesn't have manipulation or clinical ways. 

For instance! On the island individuals used to wear decent clothing at the yearly festival parade, now it's everybody copying everybody as they see foreign ways and now has adapted to the outside foreign culture, mere puppets on a false line. 

And now almost everyone participating in the festival is just parading half-naked. 

In some societies in the world that all live in, it seems that everyone is copying ways from each other, and no one seems to be evolving in truthful meaningful ways. 

The attire some wear, the music, the tactics of corruption, they just mimic others each and every day.  

No one doesn't seem to have a true identity of themselves as they just go through life and continue to copy off someone else.

And that is not evolving that is a mere intrusion, a changing from outside manipulation in many clinical ways, individuals please know the difference.

What Is This Ambassadorship All About?

In societies among individuals in a world that carry many wayward rules of laws, I'm making a point about this ignorant and ridiculous way. 

This title seems to be getting quite an airplay as nearly everywhere it is being attached to someone that doesn't have and do meaningful aspects anywhere. 

What is this ambassadorship all about, are these individuals that really and genuinely help others out? 

Ambassadors come and ambassadors go but the significance of doing works that benefit others does anyone ever know. 

This title is only a false political and diplomatic strategic way to promote, bribe and infiltrate treason. 

I'm yet to see meaningful ventures that really and truly help individuals out. 

There are individuals out there that are true ambassadors for their people, individual that truly put meaningful aspects of help into play to help individuals as a whole. 

And some individuals that carry this ambassadorship title are a mere individual with no effect, an individual that just get puffed up with pride and hide away from the needy individual's eyes. 

Cultural ambassadors? Wow! This really is sad as those are not ambassadors but mere people who dictate in lyrics to others how to wine up their bodies and get on bad. 

I can see that some individuals have so much to learn when it comes to really identify true workmanship that qualifies as truthful and helpful methods to help people as a whole. 

Individuals need to know that promoting and helping are two different aspects of ways. 

And cultural ambassadors are just individuals that get high recognition promotion to get pushed into the limelight to do nonfunctional meaningless works.

I'm yet to see the meaningful ventures that some ambassadors are supposed to be doing that helps people as a whole. 

Titles are nothing it's truthful meaningful actions and motivational works that guarantee more productive precisions and procedures. 

And some individual with ambassadorship tied around their necks is yet to establish the true works of meaningful accolades when it comes to truly help the people out. 

Truthfully Speaking-Passion And Assignment.

Individuals living in a world of societies don't seem to know where they belong, as daily some walk through these channels with some not gaining ground of understanding what is, which is a mere intrusion of self-ownership and the consciousness of identity. 

The mere fact that some of you enter work fields of avenues is to gain an understanding through experience to evolve to a coherent consciousness to understand procedures and precisions. 

Yes! Assignments of duties that will help benefit them to evolve their understanding state. 

Everyone should be able to understand as they experience and get to evolve in this training field of life. 

But with some, the consistency of earthly work limits them,  as working they continue with a neutral understanding that deters some from their true spiritual work to help all those in need. 

Some get so comfortable in their earthly structure that they put their spiritual focus on truthful works behind, Yes! A mere absence of spiritual works that are meant to be. 

Some individuals find themselves going to and fro searching for that stability in life and never focus on their passion for works. 

Yes! They do feel it but because of a deep focus to get on they just ignore the bell that is ringing to remind them of their true way. 

That's why some individuals feel deep inside of them, they need to do more, in a helpful passage. 

And with some, they do find their spiritual avenue as they are conscious to see and identify the difference between the earthy work as mere assignments to evolve and their spiritual passion to help. 

Inside of everyone lays their passion, a seed that is aligned and rooted to grow, a helpful mechanism that willfully accepts a true passion it knows. 

True consciousness understands the future, a way that allows everyone to evolve higher, a passion that understands ‘‘ I Can ’’ and never ‘‘ I Can't ’’. 

To always go further, higher, and evolve in ways, not to stay stranded and down in this earthly realm each and every day. 

A true passion propels you, a true passion directs you, a true passion know what it's about and a true passion does not have to run all about. 

It's sturdy, helpful and it's guided to passages of ways that help to build others up when they are going through stressful or bad days. 

Your true passion is your spiritual directive being that continues working the earthly scene. 

Your true passion comes to power in motivational ways to always help others that seem lost on pathways. 

Some individuals don't understand the boundaries of the two, to know where the passion for and of helping lays and how the assignment is meant to help evolve them in experimental experience ways. 

Butting Heads- False Politics And False Religions.

A diverse trace of these two ways that are only about manipulation, controlling, sex, confusion, hate, envy, etc continues to get airplay. 

They just do not qualify because both are mixed up with so much treason, manipulation, control, and lies. 

Some want to be in a religious state and then they want to join political avenues because they see a bigger bank account in front of their faces. 

Politics and religion, these two are so much the same as they both invade The people's lives with a confusing false manipulating game.

A true spiritual backing is not for political announces, some fail to understand the true alignment, meaning, and maneuvering of the Holy spiritual alignment of God's true ways. 

Manmade political alliances with agendas have always been carrying a manipulating way that came with treason, robbery, death, slavery, controlling and uncouth passages, etc.  

As the structural benefits for the people are hardly directed to the people, it's always an unedifying way with false controlling, manipulation, and treasonous ways. 

Some among you may argue that God put them into the political arena and when some fail to gain a position as we have seen so many times, then what? Please be reminded that God is not a failing God. 

The false agendas of ways that some continue to invade spiritual concentration with the maneuvering and voicing of clergy for God are nothing more than illusional minds with much manipulating false ways. 

Some gaining entry may even try to quote the Bible but true spiritual conscious minds know that Yes! the bible is the word of God but It has also been manipulated in sequences to control the masses. 

Everything else has been and continues to be manipulated to control the masses, and the bible is one of those things. 

That is why, when some of you read through the lines your inner being questions some pages of dictatorship. 

A lot seems to be called by God to enter political arenas but what are they really doing to help the people as a whole? 

When you look at their portfolios of representations, helping the people they never do. 

Two things I don't argue and that is politics and religion, I just speak the truth of all matters. 

Both these avenues carry the same false, manipulating, controlling, robbing, and wayward ways of alliances that have nothing to do with God's true ways and dispositions. 

They are always going around in circles with no end, no reliance, no focus, no help, no pleasing. 

Just circles of confusion, hate, even, greed, control, manipulation, treason, etc that never seems to end. 

And any conscious spiritual individual with a true alignment with God and his true ways will automatically know that those ways do not belong to God the Sovereign one. 

They are mere individuals falsely parading with agendas of their own, walking with minds of illusions that want power, control money, and more elite passages to channel and source their agenda of ways. 

Everyone wants to be in power, everyone wants to be a political leader but how many are truly helping the people? Look around and you tell me. 

Many have suffered and continue to suffer in the hands of political alliances and much suffered in the hands of religions ornamental status of alliances, is that God's true way? No, it is not! 

These two are mere channels of convenience that some individuals use to petrify an individual's true living ways, all manmade methods and procedures with many false alignments all channeling from the same place Greed. 

True structure always shows growth, it's always about building up in true evolving ways, it's not about slavery, robbery, controlling, or manipulation. 

The structure of political platforms is base on pride, it's all about power, money, and control.

There are manmade bishops, reverends, priests, prophets, etc who walk around with the false mentality that they are called or chosen by God, which god as there is a lot of fake and idolized ones around.

Individuals must remember that God's true way always comes with good and relevant fruit, all true works that go into play to help individuals of their stranded ways. 

Are we seeing help in politics, are we seeing help in religion, look around and you tell me, as everyone is helping themselves except the people, the masses that greatly need the help.
