Work World And Ethics-Leaders! It Is About The People-Are You Making Or Taking?

 

In societies in a world that individuals live in, everyone should by now have noticed the difference between these two ways of making and taking.

Ways of some leadership that will help you to grow or a false way from leadership that leaves you falling to the floor.

True leadership shows you what to do to make yourself productive in ways, with strong leadership skills that are secure and will help remove obstacles from your life of the door gates.

Or leadership that is full of greed, that only pulls from individuals and never thinks of their needs.

Leaders do come in all forms, shapes, sizes, and ways, and as a leadership aspect, it should come with human care.

A good true way to comfort and help you, as you're being taught in life to know what to do.

Family, friends, or strangers on the road, sometimes show more leadership than the proclaim leaders that you know.

Leadership is happy leadership is healthy leadership is always willing to help somebody.

Leadership is about having a strong heart and voice, with a loving willing heart that is not based on an option but a willing heart's choice.

Leaders should always truthfully lead but never with a heart full or open pocket for greed.

There are individuals out there who lead or who want to lead and they don't represent good loving caring leadership ways, as it's mostly about how much they can get from you to add to their financial wares.

They never put their hands to help anyone it's always taking or a begging taking from others to fill their wallets, Yes! those stuffed little things that lay in their pockets.

Some leaders also get drunk on huge donations and with no reliable plans in mind, they just produce a lot of "waste matters", projects and procedures that do not benefit anyone, or a people as a whole, only themselves and the corporate world of friendships.

The thing is that no one should call themselves or be called good leaders if they are not doing good to help individuals to know.

It's not about a title or certificate but about the fruits you wear and bear that will help others to truly grow.

No leader should be taking from the people, no leader should be hating on the people, no leader should leading for fun, no leader should be quick to pull a weapon in hand.

I see some individuals that call themselves leaders and all that I see is freeloaders.

As they never seem to get things done, and all they do is make daily rants.

About things that don't matter, and some do act like the mad hatter.

If you are a true leader you should lead and the people positively feed.

Teach them how to take care of themselves, teach them how to build their own earned wealth.

Teach them how to grow, mentally, physically, and spiritually know.

It should always be about the people to help keep them safe and to help them grow and to keep them all conscious with always a clear mind to know.

To be always comfortable with themself and first and foremost to love themselves and help themselves to grow and never for show.

So people if you are a true leader by all means lead, but if you are a freeloader there will not be a place for your greed.

Everyone will be seeing, everyone will be known, everyone will be hearing what you false leaders are doing.

Work World And ethics-Work Robotism of Eulogies.

 

In a diverse of introductory measures based on work ethics, precision, and procedures, some individuals in the workplaces of business find themselves constantly embarking on a "Robotic Challenging Mood".

A diverse division between"Work" and "Reality" of life with meaning accolades of growth and happiness.

 So much of us has grown into the work field of "Robotism" as to let work dictate every aspect of one's being in life and living.

A mere interruption and paused in life that stops oneself from being happy, and so many individuals are embodied in work procedures that they somehow find it difficult to live a normal life; Yes! A life with much meaning and happiness.

How can an individual just numb themselves from the life they once live, to be generated into a field of "Robotic Institutions"?

  A mere delusion of false hope with no meaning of embodiment.

Yes! You may gain a high financial standing but what after that, where is the happiness, where are your life and the momentum of self?

Yes! This is a changing world but why put oneself in a "Robotic State" of being, of work attitude when your life of happiness is on the line? Why cut short a life of meaning for profit?

I know of so many individuals who are so caught up in work and this "Work Robotism of Eulogies".It's a mere killing of your inner self, Yes! your being.

Yes! They have much financial standing and growth but they don't have a life, that is a life of happiness.

They have it all but they still maneuver in a "Robotic State of being" in life and ways, without meaning, motion, consciousness, or happiness.

Just a mere workaholic robot going to and fro without taking a pause, What are the man-made ways, institutions, and orders doing to individuals? 

Yes! Success can be gained but when it dampens or destroys one's life and way of living it's a delusion. 

 I know everyone wants to be able to have a good financial standing that allows them to be able to make ends meet and others, but when your financial standing and growth are more than sufficient and there is no more to achieve what then?

High praised for a life of "Robotic work ethics"  and ways is not an achievement.

Yes! Families complain, their partners complain so don't these individuals see that there is a pause of disruption somewhere?

Isn't your life worth living? Don't you want happiness? Do you remember what happiness feels like?

Blanking out your life is not successful it's just cutting short of your happiness for a "Robotic state of being" and loneliness.   

Work, World And Ethics- Ethics-Knowing!

A question was put forth to me by a site member, and I felt the need to share my answer.

The question was " Defined Ethics as to know the difference between what you have the right to do and what is the right thing to do?

And this is my heart and soul felt the answer.

You know what is right to be done and you do it, you know what you need to do and you do it.

Sometimes the "Rights" of procedures can not and should not be followed as some "Rights" of Laws of individuals end up being the most unpredictable wrongs.

That is why it's all about the " Heart Soul" of being because both echo the same tune.

Some individuals get mixed up with "Ethics" and used them as and for "Ethics of a Demand".

And as I said I don't do things like others do actually I challenge some ways.

That is why it's up to you the individual to do what you know in heart and soul is right.

But for some there seemed to be some challenges as to figure out what it is they need to do, when to do it and how?

And this is how "Governing Ethics" comes into play to help direct others.

Some of these "Governing Ethics " do help and some don't, and this is how  "Put Forth Laws" are a challenge because, in heart some individuals know they should be doing something when they are told they shouldn't.

And they shouldn't do something when they are told they should.

 

THE WORLD IS NOT SICK!- Why blame the World for the ignorant, arrogant, greedy, hateful, and prejudiced ways of man?

Why blame the world, when the world has nothing to do with the ignorant, arrogant, greedy, hateful, and prejudiced ways of man?

Most often do we hear the term " The world is sick" during a portrayal of mankind's ignorant display of lucent behaviors.

First and foremost let be deliberate in truthful reasoning that, the world is not sick, the world is actually what it is, an orbiting planet in the mass universal realm of planetary systems, a habitation for mankind animal, etc to live.

Many have been fused with this dreadful thought that, the world is sick, after seeing some negligence and mismanagements of heated rage, diplomatic and political preying, on the innocent and displays of negligence and ignorance from other's minds.

The fact of the matter is that some among you known as mankind, just carry strains of hatred towards each other, and the greedy pitfalls continue to latch on like suiting on many with greed and self agenda intents.

No longer are we seeing the love flowing from some among you known as mankind's heart, it is very rare, but yes it does exist with some, a mere fraction of what it used to be.

Some among you who carry the leadership status to guide their people home to prosperous grounds have been continuously ravishing the mere means of what build a people up, and that is, their functionality to go on. 

I know what a lot of people are going through, I am not blind or unconscious to the views, experiences, and agony being suffered by some. it hurts to see how many are prematurely passing on, how many are suffering, and as I can see, at the hands of the same people that they voted in.

In some societies, a lot of individuals have lost their value to maintain and have a good life, but giving up is not an option.

At this time it is very important to stay strong, fearless, and in control of the mind as to not let the mind sway in confusing and, stressful passages and directions. never give up and never give in to treason and the traitorous minds and hands that continue to push leading status etc.

Hope is still prominent, Faith is still reliable and Love is still at its genuine dispositions to hold on to.

The truth of the matter is that many are being used as others gain from the monstrosity of the bad dealings put on mankind's heads.

So many devious acts are hidden behind closed doors, so many hands are tied in partnerships to taint, use, manipulate, and deceived all.

 

Where do we go from here?

Where do we go from here, how do we pick up the pieces of ourselves scattered on a covid pause floor? 

An immediate act that still lingers from a pandemic that appeared out of nowhere to cause havoc, chaos death, and dysfunction among societies of nations of people worldwide.

The convulsion, the rips the tears, the anger, the pain, the deceit, the secrets, the death, the confusion, the frustration, and the fear with a pause brought a highlight of emotional people behind closed doors during a disruptive event.

How do we pick up the pieces of ourselves the mental aspects and the physical employment that was lost?

We would stay grounded in the faith of hope to know that this too shall pass and that what we lost we will be strong and hold ourselves up to gain back our accurate and worthy positioning.

Through the constant push ourselves, we will gain back as we try to gain entry into passages that we once had with better movements and mental maturity to always know and be fully equipped.

 

AGGRESSION- The Prolong indecent suits that some individuals wear

In a world of societies that all live in, some individuals do not know how to understand because too much aggression is feeding everyone, and Truth does not have a space to lay.

The listening factor for some individuals is lacking in many ways, as their ears and mental state that should be understanding, refuses to listen to apply, it just backs pedals and do a direct bashing with weaponized aggression.

It's sad to see that so many individuals are dumb to Truths and only use aggression as speaking tools.

You understand when it's understood, and you gain entry into many understanding and ways.

Understanding is only understood when one is willing to understand, and the requirement for many to sit on a true understanding structure has been blinded by shades of aggression and mind push tendencies that do not compute.

Slow minds do not accumulate knowledge it's always a beating around the bush and still, nothing gets compute.

Every structure for understanding is out for knowledge to be showcased, applied, and used in workmanships as a benefactor of good reasoning and meaningful works.

The fast push of weaponized aggressions is not needed when Truth is the bearer to seal the deal.

To get all reasoning aspects on the table, for all to identify acknowledge, and come to terms with.

The prolonged aggressive time table of uncharted tongue bashing roads should not be utilized, to cause a confusing ripple that would only try to corrupt good proceeding to come forth, from applications that were applied to the scenes.

Self-control can be so easily managed, it is up to the individual as a true participant, and if they are willing to participate in a worthy cause of construction.

 

What structure of issues can be documented?

I am a very high intellectual individual that likes to put reasoning etc on the table to show up the errors that some individuals try to push at me or others in an undignified way.

I am not a judge and I am not being judgmental, I just work in a capacity to overlook viewings to always get a clarified form.

I challenge, I do in-depth works of magnification, as I look to analyze and monitor situations people, etc around me that try to do things that need in-depth questioning.

I am not dumb, I am not hurting from anything, etc, I just do reasoning in order to get full clarity of what is being done.

I am not a woman that is hurt,  I am in full control of myself, no one hurt me, I have no scars that can be easily opened up to bleed.

I am an individual that is fully awakened to everything that is knowledgable, with wisdom and an understanding to enter into the world of secrecy, etc to show up whatever needs to be shown up.

I go for structure and construction, foundations for good workmanship that can be achieved at the end to get good results.

Things are never done without reason, there is always a string attached that someone wants to, or manage, whether it is in public or secret a string is attached.

Some individuals just do things and they think they should be overlooked, as they try to play and throw the blinding segments to others, they keep playing games, in a marriage, in a relationship, and life matters and they do not want to be questioned of slick and sticky areas that make no sense, as to be questioned for clarity.

Some of their causes are never justified to plainly follow, all causes should be put on the table to analyze and never follow, only to pull out the discrepancy of what lingers in, and bring out the truth of clarity to the forefront.
