In Business -Is It A Warm Welcoming Or Just Intimidating?

Millions of individuals go into different areas of employment each day and for some the ‘‘ The Welcoming ’’ aspect of arrival is not so welcoming at all, as vibes of alerts seem to be coming from everyone as to say, ‘‘ Who is this person and why are they coming here at all? ’’ 

And sometimes you will meet an ignorant individual with the need to approach, that comes to you in an inquisitive, intimidating not so welcoming way to make sure you feel their authority and the harsh vibes that they wear. 

And you should never be intimidated because that same person can be replaced any day,  you know what comes around goes around the old man-made way. 

In some companies, the welcoming is not so welcoming at all and you just feel like you were thrown to the wild animals to get eaten by some, as the rest look on in a not so sober state as if they are pretending to be dumb. 

You know! In my life of living and going through a work field of employment, I've been there and I've seen that and I continue to stand on my true way. 

As I will never let anyone intimidate, bully or upset me with their ignorant ways. 

And some individuals out there, some of you and mostly the soft suttle type may find it too much to bare but when you have a strong backbone in your body no one or nothing cannot move you from your true way. 

And whether it's a not so welcoming or some individual that likes intimidating you should always maintain your true stance of a way as your truth of employment will always hold when you are courageous, true, fearless Yes! Bold! 

Don't worry on the not so welcoming, the hard stares from others or their intimidating. 

You see! If you know your true standing, anything or anyone that comes at you, you will always be able to handle it. 

Wearing Bitterness, Misery, Confusion And Unhappiness As A Suit?

There are individuals out there that are sending out negative air, they are constantly wearing bitterness, misery, and confusion as suits to try to intimidate everyone everywhere.

They seemed to be so filled with anger, unhappiness and is so hard and stone cold, and every word of sentences of conversation that comes out of their mouths are always pushed with a sharp knife like way with harsh voices that have bitterness behind its channeling tone.

Vibes of cold bleak wind from them is always flowing, with so much hatred and deceptive ways of intimidating.

These individuals try to intimidate people in ways by trying to offset them to get them to display the same miserable ways.

And the heaviness around them that they flow with is so noticeable to others that can pick up their energy the bad vibes that they constantly flow with, Yes! The suit of negativity.

The harsh heaviness of envy, the bitterness and the misery with their unhappy ways, the intimidation that they throw on others to try to manipulate their peaceful way.

Small situations are blown out of proportion in deceptive and twisted ways from these individuals with miserable unhappy ways.

These individuals attitude and poise of ways always come with an unhappy, miserable, grudgeful intimidating vibe suit of wear that they wear daily to offset other's way and they are so fast at saying they didn't do it or say.

A suit of unhappiness that they always flow in, and always try to upset anyone when they see them happy and laughing.

For these individuals, a sense of self-worth is really needed, genuine love and care for them to have a beautiful vibe flowing of positive energy of air.

Life- Evolving And Knowing.

The consistency of living in the world is an immaculate procedure you go on when you awaken from a canal when birth. 

Growing up and diverting in ways, to see the positives and negatives as you walk on your path of way.  

Acknowledging truths and showing up lies cutting off self from others that for you carry meaningless ties. 

And going on routines that are supposed to make you strong, evolving and growing as you eventually make an impact in ways of channeled passages that you walk on your living day and go along. 

Meeting individuals the good and the bad to see the attitudes that some present to you, Yes! The different personalities that some of them have. 

Life goes on every day in seconds, minutes and hours in view, with some aspects of what is and what isn't as some are guided in a world of meaningful and meaningless news. 

And as you watch the energies of people as they go on their way, some just depicting in their being some struggles that they had along the way on their bodies and face. 

Everything in life seems different but it's all staying the same, it's that things, people, procedures, rules and laws etc are evolving but when you look at it spiritually everything still remains the same. 

It's a passage of enlightenment when you get conscious from an unconscious state, and awakening to the truths of everything that you never saw when you weren't awake. 

Life is a circle effect and it always goes around it's an alignment of consciousness as you pick yourself and others up from off the unconscious world of the ground. 

Life is awakening to an understanding of a conscious state of knowing what you are manifest to be in your evolving way. 

It's about knowing good from bad and going the positive way it's about acknowledging truths of everything and to never stray from a truthful way. 

Life is about understanding the understandable and knowing what truly is, it's knowing the difference between the Faith of Hope, promises, blessing, and favor and never wishes, Yes! What some of you call a wish list. 

As I said! Everything sometimes seems different to the naked eye, but with the spiritual eyes, you can see, that everything remains the same and it's for everyone to know that the truth of the matter is to truthfully evolve spiritually. 

Some may have some struggles and some may be bold and go right through, some will awaken along with the way as they get consciously aware of the truth. 

You are never to hold on to anyone or anything that will try to make you spiritually weak, forgive, forget and move on in life from obstacles of passages etc on your pathways that you will gradually meet. 

Wayward Thoughts.

Prejudice comes from the wayward thinking of a colored mind. 

Yes! Individuals that see things in wayward color, and they always see things in hate they never acknowledge the true meaning of life because they are so unconsciously awake. 

They are unconsciously standing and they are always looking for someone as a target to put out their hatred. 

This world is not messed up, it's some of the people in it, its the tainted rules of law and their dark wayward way of thinking. 

With the consistency to pollute the world and its people to make them what they are not. 

And removing elements of worth to try to integrate man-made elements of dirt. 

It's all about trying to turn elements of the world and its people into something bad, with sundry rules of law as mandatory thinking and false ways that is so full of much manipulation. 

Wayward thoughts from wayward people, mind hating thoughts that just comes from man-made brainwashed individuals. 

The discrepancy of wayward thinking from a people toward their own only shows the wayward devious ways of thinking elements among some of you that want to dim the bright light on others that are constantly shown. 

Free Will -Your Disposition For Clarity.

Your ‘‘ Will Power’’ is your conscious view so always know how to control you as you accept any elements of an aspect of the way that is put before you.

Always remember that without ‘‘Free Will’’ you will have no say, you have no true mandatory consciousness of thinking to know and you will have no way.

Mankind needs to know that their ‘‘ Will Power’’ is what it's all about it's the necessary accolades the voice that opens the locks.

‘‘ Free Will Power ’’ is your conscious clarity to know if it's right or wrong as you will and direct yourself to go along.

Directed to get entry into something you must do that will be a representation of the true being of you.

‘‘ Free Will Power ’’ is you in control of you, your body essence of being, it's you the barer knowing what meaningful aspects of elements and passages you must go from the false devious ones with wrong deeds.

Anything can get pushed or handed to you and it's for you the barer to use your ‘‘ Will Power ’’ to know if it works are true or if it's just works of tainted deception that are filled with many lies.

A ‘‘ Free Will ’’ of choosing what is heartfelt right, something that will be a positive passage that wouldn't give you sleepless nights.

‘‘ Free Will Power ’’ always give you freedom of speech, freedom of walks and always freedom to teach.

A freedom to choose and not to be pushed by wayward ways, that will only destroy your peaceful ways.

In life, there is always an expansion of ways that anyone can go in, and their ‘‘ Will Power ’’ of comprehending ‘‘ Worth ’’ will allow them to do a wise choosing.

Having a ‘‘ Free Will Power ’’ is the way it's the voice that opens up doors and leads your way, but first and foremost with your ‘‘ Will Power ’’ you must be truly conscious when you choose, to know if the path, passage or element is beneficial to always help you.

Orchestrated.

A lot of things are happening infront of mankind's eyes and their minds are being placed with, so many things are being orchestrated to try to bring a nation of nations to their knees. 

The method of fear and panic is being inputted in some, by inhumane procedures from individuals with agendas of devious deeds and cold dark hearts that only seems to be numb. 

It's really sick when individuals can put on black face masks wear and go about destroying others like they are a harvesting with a butchery method and is camouflage high up somewhere in some other place. 

Cold hearted individuals that inherited devious thinking from others that think mankind, Yes! Some among you should not be living. 

Inhumane agendas that are sick to the core, from the direction given from others that are hiding in the shadows somewhere behind some secret door. 

And if it's not them pushing red buttons it's them making phone calls, as a go-ahead to start those inhumane devices planned cause. 

Most of the work done has been fully orchestrated Yes! Most of the devious works are rehearsed and planned right in front mankind's eyes, but they never noticed because their mentality of thinking has been blindsided and manipulated by the devious ones and their orchestrated input of channeled lies. 

Individual's true mentality of thinking, is not being consciously absorbed for most of them to understand and when fear and panic kick in they just run around like animals without heads, feet, tails, and wings. 

It's all about the numbers when plans go into forwarding mode, it's all about the fallen that will allow the devious ones to get a big blood reward. 

Things are being orchestrated and they are being played out to make things look like what they are not, mankind is being blindsided and manipulated to see things for what they are not. 

It's all devious doings by individuals among yourselves all linked together that are trying to make this world a bloody and full man-made controlling well. 

It's really sad to see that some among you, Yes! Individuals called mankind is stuck and being sucked into a manipulative mentality of the way whenever a planned agenda is put forth To interrupt their happy ways. 

And the dark cold inhumane way that the devious ones are just destroying innocent bodies, men, women, innocent children Yes! little girls and boys. 

It's a disruptive state, at a destroying rate, as innocent people are being destroyed by manmade plans of devious works, all played out like big careless ignorant jokes. 

A Walk Into This New Technology World.

There should be the basic need to understand the world you will walk in, the treacherous ways and somethings that you will mingle with. 

This new world of technology is trying to be part of a new world order, as everything is trying to be working off its way instead of the ‘‘Normal Ways’’ that individuals were accustomed to each day. 

With nearly everything now, one has to go through this new world of technology to gain entry, hmm! Am I the only one to see that this is part of a new world order manifestation that really wants to be? 

And with this new era of technology's way who can really keep up with devices changing at a speedy rate that leaves the not so familiar ones behind, as the individuals that gained entry to this new technology now has to gain a momentum of understanding the old as the new has now evolved in time. 

This new world of technology with devices that automatically get you through passages to and fro, with keys of concepts that with a little touch on them you are directed to anything that you want to know. 

And of course, individuals need to use this new technology with caution as it has different genres of passages that can be a lot of things, funny, humorous, harmful, thrilling, dangerous, depressing and time-consuming. 

Individual must always know the true identity of everything, from these new devices you're going to buy to every and anyone you have decided meeting. 

And the personal information you should never give out on any passages of a way, that you don't know about in any way. 

This walk into this new technology of ways for some could be a trap so keep full diligence on where you are being diverted to, as to know if they are anyone waiting somewhere in a cyber world trying to trap or scam you. 

Each day, month and year there always seems to be a changing, Why? 

Why the fast-evolving of a new technology of device's way, don't they work good enough, the ones that were ‘‘The New’’ weeks, months or years before the newest ones came out to be showcased in our face?  

Each time the new versions become the new thing, they are so fast in coming and so quick at evolving. 

And most of them are doing the same thing, some features are taken off but yet the cost of them always seems to be building. 

The way I see it this new technology of devices is quickly evolving and individuals finances is quickly dwindling, as many are so focused on this new way when a new device is showcased in their face, they get all amused and pulled the money out without thinking in such a haste. 

Some individuals need common sense some need real financial sense because if you look at most of these inventors of these smart devices most of them don't carry their own, in their hands most of them carry brands of devices from elsewhere with names you don't even know. 

And some of them still stick to the ordinary way, with just using the normal ways of communicating when they go their personal ways. 

Some of them are millionaires and they don't change devices daily, monthly or yearly like some of you do, as all that this technology is for is to spy on you and take every cent away from you. 

A takes a true mentality it takes a strong and wise heart, to know the limits and procedures when walking into this new world of technology to know where and how to go and to never go to fast and too far. 

Nearly everyone has stepped into this new technology world, and already most of them are weirdly acting out, is this new technology a good change or a setup for some to just unconsciously zone out? 

As I said! Money is being spent daily and wildly and the information is being sought out widely, but what about the sense, do you have a wise mind for this new world of technology in wise thinking and meaningful doings? Do you have true conscious common sense?
