Seeing Through And Bringing Down The Bad In Business!

Work establishment of the surrounding!  Hmm! What can I say about them?

In my life of living and gaining entry into work fields of workmanship I've met the good along with the bad, and in some instances the bad always try to play a part to be the good ones.

They always try to out beat the good, and they try with some devious ways to manipulate the crowd, by channeling strife and confusion among others.

But as always the good always gains dominance as to stand on their true feet and dictate what is right from the errors of the wrong.

There is always that individual or those individuals that try to confuse, manipulate and direct strife and push their authority around, Yes! Those ones that try to sabotage workmates and good business.

And they don't just show up in business workmanship fields they show up in a life of living also, and I know that there are a lot of individuals out there that can relate to this article in some way, shape or form.

Today I'm focusing my article on the workmanship fields and why it's necessary to keep standing on your true way.

I always asked, Why do some establishments hire such individuals, don't they know that some are trying to sabotage their business daily?

They hire them because they don't know about them, and the reason for most of them not knowing is because those individuals always camouflage themselves, just like the chameleon they show different colors to individuals when they are in the presence of someone, surrounding or atmosphere, and Yes! I've seen them display that devious deceiving way of themselves.

Through my years of workmanships, I've been taught to never let those kinds of individuals move me from my peaceful and truthful stance of consciousness because they are not worth it, and my worth can not be challenged, as I have no time for the ignorance of the ignorant as their time always come.

I'm not a ‘‘ Giddy Head ’’ individual whose stance is not established, my stance has been, is and continues to be established.

I've seen through my life in workmanship fields, individuals that just walk off the job, good team players with so much more to offer a business, because of an individual or individuals that have that manipulating, strife making, confusion and controlling way about them, Yes! Devious ways that just try to stir up strife among workmates etc.

And you know what I've also found out about those kinds of individuals?  I've found that they are so miserable with themselves and their lives that they just want to make everyone just like themselves, miserable and disturbing other's lives and businesses.

Those individuals don't like anyone not even themselves and if you really check them you would see that there is something about themselves that they don't like that they are trying to maintain to keep up an appearance.

I've always monitor their ways and I've been taught never to back down but to face them head-on with my truthful standing and I will continue to do that because that is my way.

I'm not here or going anywhere for the intimidation, controlling or strife making individuals that need attention, I have no time to waste on egoistic individuals that play a part and need attention.

And any individual that finds themselves in situations with anyone with elements of intrusions in life or workmanship fields, I will tell you that you should always try to maintain your true stance, speak truths and ignore the ignorance of the ignorant don't let them annoy you, You know what? Their day will come.

Yes! Some of them do walk with elements of confusion and strife but you walk with something greater more worthy, Truths and no devious lies.

Yes! You walk with an allegiance and the alliance of Love, Truth, and Peace, and as I said before, your worth can not be challenged by anyone or anything, so keep walking in your truthful way and always speak the truth and you will see how those ignorant individuals will stay out of your way.  :)

Truthfully Giving Or Deceptively Broadcasting?

Some individuals can't keep their mouths closed, it's like a bag of some kind that is filled with many holes.

And everything falls out for everyone to see because they didn't authentically help out someone that is needy.

Whatever you have to do to help someone, don't ever let it be about recognition with the broadcasting of you telling everyone Steve, lolita or John.

What you have to do for somebody let it be between them, God and you, it doesn't have to be broadcast and shared to get recognition for you.

Some individuals need to get some understanding to learn and know the true meaning of authentically giving.

Giving someone something from the heart or helping them out is not something to broadcast or shout out about.

It's a private viewing it's not for everyone to be seeing or knowing.

Some individuals say that they give from the heart and before you leave that person all the broadcasting starts to depart.

The motion is put into play as everyone they know will hear what they did for you that day.

Giving should be genuine not about deception and broadcasting.

I tend to know individuals from the heart and I monitor the ones that like to play a part.

No one is ever going to say ‘‘ I Made You! As I said that is for my Creator to do.

So the ones that are looking to give just to broadcast in ways, I just tell them to go their deceiving way.

Giving is giving and it should not be about showcasing.

No one needs to get a devious side look and no one needs to hear ‘‘ Look I helped him or her out! Individuals really need to know what true giving is all about.

Individuals living in the world don't need any more pretensive people we all know that fakeness is going around, and it's either you get truthful when helping out your brotherman off the ground.

Individuals need authentic hearts of giving not masqueraders of showcasing.

So enough of the game play enough with the show play, enough with the sundry talks and start doing authentic works.

Do it from the heart and don't just play a part, this is not the movies this is reality.

Life Is Short? No It Isn't!

No! life is worth living and it's based on long good memories to always genuinely help those in view, not shortlisted by saying life is short each and everyday over you.

Individuals don't know what to speak and some of them don't know what to say, they just keep putting words in motion on themselves up in the atmosphere.

And they have this thing of saying life is short because of something that happened, heard about or see, and they carry along the useless words instead of knowing what it really means.

Don't ever put a time on your life, life is here to enjoy in the most positive ways not to copy others but to be the original of you.

Life is not to compromise life is here to live, so stop with the ignorant ways of saying that life is short lived.

Stop putting stumbling blocks in your way and enjoy your life positively each and every day.

Strong And Leading Or Weak And Following?

In a diverse society of Individuals all over the world, one can find the weak and the strong, the conscious and the unconscious. 

And some individuals do not know the about the bad elements embedded in some people the ones that are assigned to bring you down. 

Individuals need to be aware of some people that they let into their lives, too and be conscious enough to know if they are of no good intent and if they are coming with devious ways and lies. 

Always flow with the positive always know the truth always be your own leader to know what is the right and meaningful things to do. 

Following a bad crowd wouldn't get you anywhere all it does is get you in trouble and take you all over the place. 

Always listen to good advice whether it comes from your parents or other's, never raise your hands or voice to anyone, not even your father or mother. 

In life, some individuals with bad elements always try to pull some down, and they always show up in ways when you are trying to find yourself, focus and come around. 

Individuals need strong mentalities that will go with a strong will power and heart and when you flow with this consistency the bad elements of people will have no choice but to depart. 

As they will see that you are for a positive reign and bad products of people will not stand in your way because you are destined to soar, and you will not follow them through bad stuck dead lock doors. 

A strong mentality is a strong heart and mind, a conscious being of understanding that knows the truth and that is always aligned. 

A weak mentality is a confused heart and soul that follows who or whatever comes around without discerning what lays in store. 

Weak is never the way to go, one should be conscious of truth, one should always be aware, Yes! Conscious to know that following bad elements of people and ways is just a waste of time and energy it puts road blocks in your ways and it doesn't lead anywhere. 

So always know your true worth and stay truthfully grounded stay away from the bad company that just want to make you stray and put deadlocks in your way, you should be better than that to know your true life's worth to go the right way. 

Why Amputate When It Is Not Necessary?

This is a very serious matter as some of these amputations are not necessary, to me it seems to be another deceptive way to destroy everybody. 

One day on a visit to the hospital to get my son's cast taken off from his leg, I just found my self-walking into a section of the hospital in a room that was laden with amputees and at that moment my being just voiced its presence to say ‘‘ This isn't Right! 

Not only did my being had to let me know that it wasn't right but I as a person knew that it wasn't right. 

And as I stood there in shock, my eyes looked all around the room at everyone I felt as though a mad butcher was in the place just taking off limbs. 

I've never felt so uncomfortable as my being continue to voice its opinion on what I've seen, and I could not but asked a woman sitting in a chair near where I was standing ‘‘ What is really going on in this place that so many individuals are missing body parts? 

And that lady seemed just as concerned as I was as she was saying they are too much of them. 

It wasn't right seeing so many missing body parts, and I knew that something somewhere was dreadfully wrong. 

And most of the individuals that I saw looked so healthy and they just looked some someone took advantage of them and remove a part of them that wasn't supposed to be removed without identifying the real cause. 

I know strange things are happening but that day confronting those individuals in that room I felt as though I was watching a bad movie of some kind with a mad butcher just taking off individuals body parts. 

And I felt and still feel for all those that lost body parts. 

No one can replace those parts of themselves, what they lost but someone can sure speak up and today I'm speaking about it. 

Individuals really need to get a second opinion even a third when it comes to any kind of amputation. 

You see! Some of those amputations are not necessary, it's just an old way that some lazy doctors are applying to individuals by taking off whatever it is to fix the problem. 

But that is not the way of doing things as many of those cases can be treated with medicated care, only if they try to treat individuals instead of degrading them by removing unnecessary body parts. 

This is not a game, individuals lives and mobility is at stake, their integrity and their function. 

Why take away those elements of anyone when there is not really a problem, but a mere misdiagnosed from someone?  

Through my years of living in this earthly realm, I've met so Many individuals with amputated parts that told me that deep within their beings they knew that they body parts wasn't supposed to be removed but The doctor went ahead and remove them anyway. 

It's really sad to see such an inhumane act taking place right before our eyes without some even noticing what is really going on. 

Yes! There are individuals out there that have injuries and amputation has to be done, but ignorance is ignorance and it cannot be denied. 

Individuals need to take check and control over their bodies as to know what is going on with them, don't just put your bodies into some individual's hands that are just playing parts, that have no understanding of what is really going on. 

Time Is Changing.

The earth is moving faster and days isn't longer as each day goes by , sometimes before you can put your head on your pillow and say goodnight.

It's a rising of a true time as the universe gets ready for a universal chime.

Yes! The universe is getting ready for an evolution reordering a massive directing and a change of timing.

Hours used to be long days and longs days used to be long months and years but now everything is happening in a universal haste.

Everything is evolving around us and some individuals haven't noticed, even more so now time is so precious and it's not to waste.

Age is just a number it's the soul that sows the seeds, so always be wise and sow positive feeds.

You see! It's the momentum of a birthing the beginning of something new it's the ultimate changing and it's now due.

And all types of planetary systems you will see pass on by, as each find their places and get ready to align.

The universe is like a massive clock with planetary systems as mechanisms and each time one pass by the universe will give a universal chime as each planetary system seeks to align.

Everything is happening now, even though mankind is on earth low on the ground and some still haven't notice that time is changing into something new.

Massive maneuvers are taking place as time accelerates to the ultimate change right before you. 

Individuals Need To Get Conscious, Mature, Get Independent, Live Their Lives And Be Free.

I don't do politics or religion because I never liked the false circulation of ways that just keep going around in a circle without any meaningful solution that just doesn't get anywhere to benefit or help anyone.

You know in both aspects of false ways everyone always has a say but yet no one can direct individuals onto true productive ways.

As they are just two false ways that just cause confusion, deploring, and hatred among many and anyone with a true understanding will know that they don't align with true meaningful aspirations.

Individuals really need to get some common sense, get matured get independent and live their lives and be free.

I could hear some say, ‘‘ Tell that to the government, your state government! Hmm!  I hear You!

But tell what! It's not the government that is keeping individuals down it's themselves that continues to give up on themselves as they listen and follow fabricated lies.

And follow governmental institutions of false diversion of ways that do not apply the appropriate classifications to help them.

Will power, common sense, improve self, help self, follow the true you to do better etc is there for a reason.

The governmental leaders and institutions already know that they have many individuals brainwashed and entangled in their false ways, and I will tell the people that they need to free themselves from the governmental deploring false ignorant ways and manipulation.

Yes! Individuals need to free themselves from the entanglement of governmental false distributions and other that they continue to entwine their lives with.

They are not getting better they are not looking healthier so why continue a false way binding yourselves to governmental bodies that do the same things each and every year?

That is the reason why so many individuals are lucent to help themselves.

Instead of helping themselves to do better they depend on another that will only help them destroy themselves, life and ways of living.

Individuals all have their life to live and they can only help themselves achieved what is right Yes! What good they want for themselves.

But you know what? Some give up on themselves so easily if they cannot find a way out of what ever they have to endure, and that is not right that is not the way.

Try and try until you succeed! Everyone in this world that they are living in should know these words by and in their heart.

And they need to stop living in old time warps of delusions and manipulations.

And for all those out there that want to troll the ‘‘ Tell that to your government’’ phrase. I Am Telling You! Point Blank!

I don't have a problem with government because I never took them on, I never trusted them, follow them, voted for them or entangle myself with them or their false words of ways, I have my life to live to help me succeed and I have no time for stumbling blocks of false disposition of governmental alliances that only offers corrupt ways, greed, false promises and wayward ways that do not qualify to help anyone.

I never found myself interested in any false governmental way that just displays many errors of depictions each and every year with the same sad false stories still lingering each year in ways.

I prefer to do me help me succeed, live and maintain a strong living stance that I know is going to benefit me and that I am comfortable with.

No one is going to have control over me and no one is going to be able to say ‘‘ I made You!  That's for my Creator no one else.

I don't do the Peter follow Paul bit as I said I follow me to do what is right and maintain right as I challenge wrong.

I am doing me and a lot of you individuals out there need to do you.

If you are not interested, tied up, bewildered, follow or trust something or someone, they would not and cannot penetrate your being, way, life and living you will always be in control of you.

What ever happens will only be a scenery you see hear and know and it isn't going to touch you in any way.

I can only shake my head in a sorry motion at the individuals that wouldn't learn common sense from the first governmental error.

The ones that are not basing their lives on helping themselves, instead they are just going around in circles following government bodies of democracy that cares nothing about them.

The government is not the only institutions working anywhere there are private, foreign and others, and any individual that is really interested in self and knows themselves will know their worth and have the consciousness of mentality to want better, know truths and follow the recommendations of avenues to help self.

Not just staying around lingering on governmental bodies and institutions of dumbfounded individuals that don't know what they are doing that is just playing a leaders parts with much issues and false ways of deployments that do not help a people as a whole.

And in terms of governmental promises individuals should all know by now how year by year the promises play out, just like rotten eggs on a table they just stink and are thrown away.

Focusing on false governmental bodies of institutions that are going nowhere is just putting more stumbling blocks in front of your way, just get up and try to help yourself.

Qualify yourself to be a better you to help yourself, no one is going to help you if you don't want to help yourself.

So why the ignorance of a continuous voting that does not achieve anything but lies, I would think that after the first time of getting burn the second time everyone will learn, but sadly to say, some haven't learn.

Governmental issues will only affect you if you let it affect you, every consistent year I've seen individuals pushing themselves at candidates and ministers of governmental bodies Yes! Pushing themselves to get clarity on their lives to live, SERIOUSLY???

And you know what? Every time I see them I see them in a lower state of appearance, being and standing because just like the government that they follow they haven't gotten anywhere, they are just following governmental false laws and ways that have them looking deplorable and begging.

They somehow tend to take on the problems that government throws at them and their whole features changed to disgruntled ones.

Individuals really need to follow what they know in themselves of themselves that is right, ‘‘Follow the True You’’.  Is that so hard to do instead of following governmental bodies of establishments and institutions that just try to manipulate and destroy them?

Why base your lives on lies following governmental institutions of bodies that do not display direct alliance, clarity and truth for a people as a whole.

Doesn't anyone have the consciousness of mentality of common sense to know and understand that they can walk away from lying acts, individuals and other that accommodate treason and not truths of ways?

Individuals all have a will power and all of them have a say, so why do some of them aligned themselves and just sit idling by as they let the ignorance of the ignorant display false recommendations of intrusions in their lives of pathways without having a say?

‘‘ Ignore and Explore’’ Ignore the ignorant ways of institutional bodies that do not portray or input meaningful expenditures of avenues or alliances into your life.

And explore self, do what is right for you, look at yourself know yourself, build you, Yes! Help direct you.

Help yourself to be a better you as you channel yourself through passages that have meaningful venues of avenues that will help you establish you the true way of standing, it's only you that can make you move so what are you waiting for get up and get going.

Let worry, worry about itself and you take on you and move on and into productive ways :)
